Overall, this Target is extremely convenient and accessible. It’s always clean and well stocked, but I don’t see very many cashiers working almost ever. Sometimes waiting for the self-checkout is frustrating because one of them isn’t working or someone needs a tutorial or something, but yeah. That’s how that goes. lol
Went shopping at this location a few weeks ago, had to stop to use the restroom. Upon walking into the bathroom, I was immediately hit with the disgusting smell of feces. Most of the toilets were absolutely disgusting and unusable. Bathrooms are very dirty and need to be cleaned (the Women’s at least). I was so disgusted I put my items back on the shelf and left. Management needs to do better. I used to enjoy shopping at this Target.
I had a wonderful experience! The young lady in the shoe department Ms. Thelma helped me out sooo much . She was so kind and stylish! Helped me pick the cutest shoes. I will definitely be back mostly because of her, great job Target for getting a valuable employee!
Well I just came from Target today . I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, that the lady in shoes Ms.Thelma isn’t there anymore! Mostly because the other employees were NO HELP in shoes ! And it looked a mess, I hope you guys can either get her back or find someone just as good . I really love shopping at target so I hope you take my advice into consideration.From a loyal disappointed customer.
The ONLY great thing I can say about this place is that their employees, on the floor, make the experience great. They are extremely helpful and will stop what they are doing to assist their customers, even when poor management is scuffing down their backs. Management needs serious work and, in my opinion, can rip a page from those working under them for a lesson in ‘people skills.’ They are rude, arrogant, and degrade their employees over a radio for the entire store to hear, as if that makes them appear like a badass; however, it makes them sound stupid, uneducated, and it’s highly offensive to customers who can hear them. This causes management to appear weak and lacking the necessary skills for such a humble position. Management, obviously, cannot manage themselves, let alone a team. They cannot seem to manage their own unprofessional and emotional outburst. Next time I hear it, I’m going to report them to the corporate office. Everyone has to answer to SOMEONE. And if management cannot get their minds right, and treat people in a respectful manner, they need to be replaced. Period.
