What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. From from the parking at the beginning of your trip all the way to the very end returning your cart, this is a pretty terrible experience. There is a high probability you will leave very frustrated and annoyed.
This Kroger really needs to be completely redone, an overhaul. The parking lot is horrible, there is never a working cashier it is all self-checkout 100% and half the time they don’t work and you will stand there for an additional 15 to 20 minutes Burton associate to fix your scanner. And because the parking lot is so horrible there are no cartholders which is not the end of the world to walk your cart back however after you’ve wasted an additional 20 minutes waiting because the machines don’t work and you’re running late you don’t have time to run the cart back.

  2. For this store to be located in the suburbs, I am highly disappointed with the trash management! I would always recommend other shoppers a different store. Beth shows nothing but substandard quality for the store, which is understood because she shows poor quality for herself. I have witnessed the way she talks to incoming hires with nothing but disrespect as if she is worthy herself. I understand that this may be her last stepping stool in life for greatness but do not belittle the youth! She will make it hard for anyone to come back and work for the company. I will be taking this complaint to corporate as well! Since the store manager does not intercept, who will? Reasons like this is why the youth hates to work because people like her who have no power in life, loves to over kill the minor position she is in.

  3. If I could give Zero Stars, I would. This store has the absolute worst customer service of any Kroger I’ve ever been to. Lack of professionalism, poorly trained staff, inadequate staffing levels, lazy attitudes and disrespectful behaviors.
I’ve shopped Kroger for 20+ years and have never had an issue. For the past three years since moving to this area, this store has repeatedly disappointed. I’m done with it until there is a significant change; not sure how I’ll know since I don’t plan to set foot in that disaster again.

  4. This Kroger has decent product but please god hire people to actually work the cash registers. Usually there is only self service open even if you have a huge cart, and when they do have a lane open it’s usually only one. Very confusing, I usually don’t go here because of this

  5. Melinda! Melinda! Melinda! I give Melinda five stars! She is an amazing person, basically an angel. When I walked in, I heard employees discussing how they feel miss treated. I thought that was unusual… But proceeded to grab a bag of the tastiest weirdest best grapes ever. These grapes look like mini egg plants! Anyway, I I start browsing and noticed that it’s a giant store, very clean, and all the employees. I could see (not hear!) looked really happy and nice. But I burst into laughter when I saw the line to check out. I mean it’s comical. I don’t understand how a store with this system of payment is still in operation. I should have timed my wait but I’d guess at least 10 minutes.

At 7pm the only way to check out is by using the self check out… There are no cashiers … except my beautiful angel Melinda, who hast to run around like a maniac swiping her badge for people who accidentally bagged their cinnamon toast crunch too fast

It seems that most of the people had a good attitude, and we all were just laughing it off. But one customer left halfway through Dash he couldn’t stand the wait. Also, plums is just across the street so I really don’t know how this place is in business.

Anyway, back to Melinda she’s amazing. She’s a superstar. She is the only reason I am making this review, and the only reason I gave two stars instead of zero stars.
