a month agoThis kroger is the goat, someone stole a bag of mine from self checkout and i didn’t notice till i got to my car and they allowed me to replace everything taken free of charge !! amazing service:)7 months agoThey’ve lost my business. Loyal customer for decades. But their prices have made them not competitive at all. Inventory is unacceptable. I can’t find bread or bottled water half the time. Corporate is absolutely useless. I’ll miss some of the employees.6 months agoHorrible management! I tried calling this Krogers multiple times due to my online order being incorrect. The manager picked up and was being overly rude and saying if i really needed the gluten free pancake mix (for my 2 year old daughter) i would have to sell my left kidney and go to Walmart. Glad i caught his name; Jason.2 months agoBig store..plenty of everything..SUPER BIG STORE..you need it..they have it!!Love this store. ????????♂️2 years agoThis visit was horrible at this Kroger’s nobody to help me with the digital coupons and the cashier was Moody. If you want something from Kroger don’t shop here their shells are usually empty of all sale items.

Quite surprised at their prices… I thought my Kroger card might save a little but not today. Self serve line was confusing – sign said card only but it was actually both according to the attendant. He was very nice and helpful but I don’t see much of a difference in generic prices and brand items were higher than Meier or Martins. Ex: Eggland dozen eggs about $5.70 a dozen.????
Kroger has given up on Northern Indiana. They do not invest in their stores or have long term goals. Their stores are outdated, dirty, limited supply, and they have minimum staffing. It is sad to see this once great company fall to where it is.
The toilets were terrible, feces everywhere and open wine bottles on the back of the toilet. Outside the restroom was a cleaning cart that was spilling stuff everywhere . As a truck driver I see nasty toilets often, this was in the top 10 worse ones I’ve seem yet..
They need a little bit more groceries in there the shelves were pretty empty
You can smell the restroom from outside the door. I’m not sure what cleaning products are being used, but they dont work. Its shameful. Customers deserve better, and poor employees who have to use it everyday.
