  1. Quite relaxing and chill starbucks and it has been my favourite place to hang out since my study years. It feels good to come back again here after so long and staff were accomodating in drive thru although expect some delay during promotion hours .

  2. Nice and cosy atmosphere, reasonably clean, staff serve with a smile (generally). Ask for Resident discount if you stay within Setia Tropika.

    This Starbucks outlet is medium sized. The drive thru to Starbucks can actually create a traffic bottleneck in the mini commercial area.

    The outlet is situated just besides the NS Highway with access from / to the Highway.

  3. I am a regular to this store bcs my workplace is near. But rarely got a nice treatment. Most of the time, there would be no thank you or good gesture from the barista and managers. Except for one, En. Aidil always treated me with the best service. Other barista and even managers should learn how to serve your customers from him. Hopefully, the service can be improve in the future.

    Bad experience, customer service shows a lack of transparency. Ordered toffee frappe but ended up with hidden charges without informing us. Service staff, Sarviin, added caramel sauce (+2.5RM) and chocolate umbrella x2 for additional (+4.0RM) without even asking us. Ordered a white chocolate frappe but ended up with a latte, and a piece of chocolate. Ordered cappuccino and had been asked if I wanted to add caramel drizzle etc lucky I have requested for none. Service staff also did not ask for our size of drink unlike StarBucks at other places.

    Friendly barista. Delicious drinks. Great place. Nice deco. It has bar-style sitting area, sofa area, usual table area, like a dining table area. Very spacious. Chocolate cream chip with coffee bubble burst thingy are highly recommended!

    The longest waiting time in a drive thru ive had so far was here. It took so long! The queue was short infact. Once my turn to receive the food the staff dropped my food and frantically asked me to go and wait somewhere infront. Came knocking on my window and shove the paper bag without even saying sorry that he dropped my food earlier. Wow.. that was just rude. I rate this branch as the worst so far.

    worst experience ever at starbuck, staff is rude so much. especially that one guy with long hair and makeup, so unpolitely answer my question with his annoying face. the drinks also bad, i order latte with vanila syrup, at the resit i was charged for it but i dont taste any syrup in my drinks. dont come here again, buy at other starbuck. this starbuck worst ever in malaysia. management pls see this starbuck bayu senibong, rude staff ever.
