I ordered for my birthday, and how dare they humiliated me with my order. 2. The quality of the food was very bad. The tiramisu cake was hard in texture and look very bad.     Wifi here keep disconnecting, difficult to do work unless use personal hotspot. The assisting staff named Fifi, on that morning was not attentive to my order. She was multitasking but it was poorly done. I immediately corrected her, while her supervisor intervened. No eye contacts made with customer. Maybe not enough staff. This outlet here has the best interior setting and has access to many shops inside the mall.

    The waitress name Fifi has no etiqutte. I dunno if the manager do quality check or not. This nasi masak lemak, ayam taste like rubber. If you want to sell something at certain price, please maintain the quality.

    First at all I’m very disappointed cause the staft shout loudly to me went order.I’m too shock cause at another Starbucks at MIRI very friendly except here..maybe,he saw me too young @ don’t have enough money too pay it?? I’m want to shout back at him & cause a scene to him but I’m know it’s hard to find a job nowday.I’m hope u teach ur staft properly and respect customer & don’t look appearance only..P.E.A.C.E

    I know it’s hard work standing and serving customers from 10am – 10pm, this may be a part time job for you or you’re merely waiting for better opportunities out there, but while you’re at it, why not serve your customers with a smile. It would make a difference to you and your customers. Your smile may brighten up someone’s day as well as your day. Do yourself and the customers a favour. Miri-ans are known for being friendly.

    The place is small with crowded people. I can barely get a sit here unless i sit outside near passenger drop. Most of the time i just buy coffee and enjoy the coffee somewhere else. Not really cozy as most of other starbucks outlet.
