The location is simply perfect for a week-long getaway. Over the years staying at the Carriage House Im never disappointed with the amazing service, amenities, and beauty of this gorgeous property. They never fail to make our stays as relaxing and stress free as possible from their immediate responses when needing help to their consistent check ins to make sure everything is working and going as smooth as possible. The carriage house team always goes above and beyond making sure the house is clean, ready, and welcoming for there upcoming visitors. This place holds a special place in my heart making it a perfect beach getaway.2 weeks agoI have stayed here multiple times and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay each time. The house is very cute and close to the ocean, and the inside is beautiful. The customer service is better than most vacation rentals I have been to and on the rare occasion that there is an issue it has been promptly addressed and resolved. Stinson Beach is a wonderful place to vacation and this house along with the customer service have continued to enhance my visits here.a month agoWe had a magic stay at Willow Camp for a girlfriends get away. If you haven’t been to Stinson Beach I highly recommend it. It’s a little slice of heaven. The house overlooked the ocean and the waves lulled us to sleep. It was clean with cute little touches throughout and we loved the welcome amenities. The owners were responsive, professional and super nice. I can’t wait to come back with my family!2 months agoStayed here with my girlfriend. The Carriage House is dirty, and unkempt. Not the beach getaway we had imagined. Rude service staff. Willow Camp is a far cry from the luxury stay you would get elsewhere. Plus it was very expensive for the bad service we got.

3 years agoPerfect hideaway in the woods RIGHT next to PT Reyes Station and all it’s glorious outdoors sightseeing. In some ways this house is typical for older homes in the area, but it also has plenty of room to spread out, greenery all over, great outdoor space, and art throughout. The kitchen is large and upgrades are fairly recent, and we were comfortably able to make all of our meals there. Can be chilly at night (at least in winter), but the owners provide heaters and plenty of blankets. Highly recommend as a place to get away from it all, especially if you’re looking for plenty of West Marin forest and extremely close proximity to Pt Reyes trails and gorgeous ocean views.3 years agoBeautiful victorian house and scenery. We’ve always stayed at a Marriott Bonvoy Hotel and been pleased with the service and location. Sadly, this was the first time that we left disappointed.
The price was extremely high considering the size of the room and lack of amenities.
Travelers take note: there are no free breakfasts at this hotel. When I made the reservation, I was promised a 20% discount on their breakfast as it was Mother’s Day weekend, however, when I brought it up to the front desk and the manager came out, I was told that they would not be honoring this promise, as I did not have a coupon. How could I have a coupon if it was a call center that made the reservation for me?🤔
There were no extra blankets or pillows… we had to make a request for that, and the blanket brought was thinly woven. No microwave to heat up any meals ordered from outside. Although the hotel posted a dinner menu in the lobby, it did not have that available either. The disability parking was far away from the front of the hotel, and to top things off neither the Jacuzzi or pool or working everything was under reconstruction. They should have looked a little bit better at their furniture, because huge paint splatters were found on the side of the chair next to the bed.
This hotel is near a derelict mall and not much else. Like all courtyards, breakfast is to pay but staff makes sunstitutions with ease. The rooms are tight. There is a one-personalley between the giant dresser and beds. The walls have no art. The beds are fine but the wooden headboards are hard on the wall. The pool is permanently closed. I probably would not stay again.
The service at this hotel was amazing. I had out of town family stay here, and it was absolutely one of the best experiences. Most notably was Jovon Williams, who was over the food and bar area. His professionalism, care, attention to detail, and personalism was extraordinary. His food and drink selections were exquisite. I would recommend this hotel and Jovon to all my friends and family.
Very disappointed. Expected much better from a Marriot property. Stayed 4 nights to attend a family members wedding in Pinole and do some sightseeing in San Francisco. Although informed the hotel upon arrival we wanted our room cleaned daily it was only cleaned once .When I informed the concierge I was blithely informed that a mistake was made that our room was not to be cleaned. No apology nothing done to try to make it up to us via comping us a day or two on the room rate. The room was decent but the shower head faucet literally fell off and the toilet water pressure was dismal. This place is not very well run.
Decided to stay at the Courtyard Marriott Richmond Berkeley last minute as it was closer to the location of an event I was attending. Had the pleasure of working with Front Desk Manager Agnes upon check-in and check-out who was beyond helpful and accommodating. My overall stay was great, my room was spotless and comfortable. I didn’t get around the actual hotel much as I was in and out for my event so I can’t attest to the remainder of the site. The only downfall was the hall near the elevator on my floor had a slight odor but I think it may have come from the AC unit. All in all I’d stay at this location again.
