Food quality is pretty good for a Costco however, the service kind of sucks even in their self-checkout they’re all in your face for part of it and then they Wait till you’re actually struggling to scan stuff to come back
Stopped in for fuel on the way home from Yaamava Casino. No waiting in line. Great price as always. Grabbed a pizza to go for lunch. On our way home in less than 20 minutes !
Good products in bulk. Booze(hard liquor large bottles 1.75L) is always priced lower than grocery stores. The pet food is healthy and less expensive than stores. Free samples are always fun. Batteries are pretty good priced. New deals seen to hit every Friday or Saturday.
Prices have doubled, and there is no one to ask for help when looking for items you need! The store is in a constant state of change it’s like a shopping maze you stuck in and can’t get out of! If you have fatigue or handicap ♿️ in any way, this store is a nightmare to maneuver around in with kid’s and large shopping carts every where and without anyone to assist you !
They did however make the gas station ⛽️ area much better for larger crowds , so that’s a plus ➕️.
Great place and all just Today had a bad experience getting pizza, they told me I had to wait 30 mins for pizza for just one pizza, thought that was a lot just for one, the thing is that the kiosk doesn’t say how long is the wait for a pizza just says there could be a wait. So I put my order thinking I just have to wait 10-15 mins what I usually wait for , I went to pick up my other items which was a churro and two drinks, and the lady said the wait is about 30 Mins for a pizza , wow right? Well I already bought the pizza so i guess I should just wait, I could of asked for a refund I don’t know if they do refunds next time I’ll ask but that’s also inconvenient because usually refunds through debit cards take 1-3 business days to be refunded so I’m temporarily without my money. so I ended up waiting the 30 mins. when it was time to pick up my pizza I waited in the “pick up pizza “ line, and thereI waited another 30 mins. The line didn’t move for a long time I was annoyed and frustrated because me, my nephew along with 15+ other people, were waiting in the hot sun, the lady behind us was also frustrated , I know she was because I heard her say how ridiculous this was. they didn’t have any shade or anything at least put some umbrellas out there for people waiting in line.
