  2. Health fair was great! So many venders with awesome resources. I was able to get a free health screening . I can’t express my gratitude, to all the staff. The food was so scrumptious, I couldn’t believe we had everything free. I will be looking into placing my grandparents here! Did I mention how clean and beautiful the interior is? If I could give more stars I would.

  3. I came to the Easter event to visit a friend. I truly enjoyed the food and activities. The staff was friendly and made an effort to include us in the activities. The inside is beautiful and extremely clean. Thank you to all at Rio Las Palmas for the spectacular event.

  5. When it was time for my mom to choose an assisted living facility, the family was obviously worried. My mother was set in her ways and independent, but health wise it was time. She was at Rio Las Palmas for 4 years, and recently passed peacefully. I cannot express enough gratitude to this place for the compassionate care they provided, and the peace of mind the family had. The staff became her extended family, the food was good, and she thrived. When you walk in the accommodating lobby will grab your attention, and some fun activity will be happening.

    I live with my grandmother and Kimberly peters asked my grandma is someone living with her and my grandma said yes and then Kimberly said she can’t have no one with her I tell you it’s nice apartment but if you gonna have someone live with you be careful of Mrs Kimberly she watches everything

    Was here for luncheon to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I enjoyed it very much. Beautiful and inviting place for senior living.The staff is Great. Tenants are very friendly. Would love to live there.

    The construction is almost done and it’s turning out to looking quite nice the outside looks clean and professional the balconies looked well kept the inside lobby is still in the construction but it’s going to be really beautiful and the apartments from what I’ve seen are really well constructed and pretty sturdy it’s a five story building in Central Stockton one side is independent living and the other side is a nursing facility skill I think so you have two different buildings servicing senior citizens or citizens who are disabled and can live on their own or need help living on their own. It’s been a little chaotic but I think that the staff there is really working hard to communicate and effectively bring the place into the year 2023

    I just did a delivery here for a resident. It was their groceries. We we unable to enter, locked access. I called the resident who acknowledged my arrival. While waiting another delivery arrived. They knocked on the door for access. The “manager” of the facility proceeded to yell at us for knocking. She stated the residents know how to unlock the door and for me to call. Which I already had and spoke to the resident. She proceeded to yell. Once I was in the elevator the residents us and stated she did not know how to open the door. She just moved in. When I went to go back an explain that to the manager she was no where to be found. As a manager of a retirement complex she is responsible for their well being and was actually trying to deny them their food. If you have a family member here I would check.

    I’ve lived her 10 years. Nice place to live. -Security-excellent -Maintenance-excellent -Management-Last one I personally didn’t care for. We’ll see about the new one coming in. -House coordinator-excellent -If you like games. Many groups that you can join in on. -Healing hands is a group of ladies that you may want to join in on who make quilts & what not for the homeless each year & delivers them. -There are potlucks each month that you may want to make a dish, or not, but still can participate in. -We have a van driver, (he’s a very nice gentleman) ,for medical appointments & for shopping on scheduled days of the month. I’m sure that you’ll find your niche somewhere, if you want..

    I have lived here for 20 years. Nice apts. Upgrades are being done constantly.kept clean. Smells good. Our maintenance person works hard to keep everything running smoothly and our van drivrr gets us to wjerr we need safely and keeps building clean
