  1. Great option for hair removal! The laser does get slightly painful as you progress through the treatments but not bad compared to previous waxing. I found pricing to be similar to long term waxing but with the advantage of no more hair! Very clean environment and amazing staff!!

  2. I was skeptical at first about even doing laser. But after doing research for different locations and reading some of the other reviews here, I am so glad I decided on Milan Laser Albany. Everyone there is so sweet and friendly. They really try to make the atmosphere comfortable for you. They respect your decision to decline offers and don’t try to force you into contracts. I’ve gotten a total of 6 treatments done for 2 areas so far, and I’ve noticed a difference in the hair growth. Nurse Jen did my first 2 sessions and I decided to have her be the nurse I see exclusively. She’s very thorough and patient. She talked me through the treatment and made sure I was comfortable as well. She’s the best!! If you’re considering laser, I definitely recommend you go to Milan Laser Albany!

  4. Amazing staff, very friendly and sweet. I was nervous about going to my treatments at first but the people and the atmosphere made it very comfortable. I’m only half way done with treatments and already seen some results. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants laser hair removal.

  5. First off, the people at Milan are the nicest people. I went for a consultation and they explained everything thoroughly to me and helped me make a decision. I ended up doing a reasonable payment plan for my legs and Brazilian. On my first day of the appointment I missed some hairs in places and they helped me clear it up.

    Second, RESULTS!! After my first treatment I saw large areas that had hair falling out straight until my next appointment. It also started to take about a week and a half for hairs to start pushing out from my usual 2 days.

    Third, Timing. The whole laser treatment went by really quick for me. I had to go to work 30 mins from my appointment and I made it to work with a little time to spare.

    Overall, it’s a nice place.

    My nurse was fabulous (I don’t recall her name). That’s about the only positive. Appointments are very few and far between. Scheduling is extremely frustrating. Hours changed and so much staff turnover. For these procedures I want to be comfortable with my nurse, but that’s not possible when they’re constantly changing. On my long list of huge disappointments with the new membership is the loss of members benefits for no minimum units at $8.90 so I had to pay $10/unit for the extra units I needed.

    The girls who work there are very nice, great customer service. However I paid $2300.00 for three areas of hair removal. I was told it was unlimited I got pregnant and only completed 4 treatments. I told the receptionist I was pregnant and it’s on the notes but still no one will help me find a solution. I paid cash and never got to complete my sessions. They are offering me 1 free session with $100 touch ups. So I basically paid $2300.00 for 4 sessions. I wanted to go back and use other services but will never use this place again.

    Annie was the medical tech who performed the procedure today. She was thorough, lovely, and made the entire experience above and beyond what I’ve experienced at ideal image in the past. She was extremely detailed, quick, and I’m switching my appointments to her in the future. I 100% would recommend her for your services.

    Nurses at the Albany location are great, however I had an appointment yesterday that was cancelled last minute due to the nurse being sick. No big deal, illnesses are spreading like crazy and I get it, except that I paid for a contract for 16 months and you can go every 6 weeks and I always schedule 2 appointments out every 6 weeks(the minimum you have to wait between treatments). They have NOTHING available before my next appointment so therefore I am missing out on an entire treatment during my 16 month contract and will do nothing about it such as add the treatment I missed to the end of my contract.

    Disappointing. The nurse just tried to finish it very fast. Jumped many spots and just did it very quick at most of the parts. Started with 20 minutes delay then finished it also 30 minutes early. And then, Postponed my bikini for another session. She even couldn’t find a time for that yet. This treatment is time sensitive and important to be done well but at this point I feel so unhappy with the performance at some parts. The machine did not set to the correct wavelength and it was so painful, then they changed it for the next half of my body. One time I was 5 minutes late and they canceled the whole session and this time they called half an hour before the appointment and decided to change it and still had to wait for 20 minutes.. so exhausted and disappointed by their timing and their performance. I am also in the healthcare system and aware of the fact that clinical treatments needs to be done in a specific timeframe and being done as expected otherwise won’t be that effective. My appointments canceled and postponed couple times so far and no one answered me at all. Spending thousands of dollars and seeing how they threat customers made to not even think about do anything else there.

    schedule an appointment for a classic set of lashes. There’s barely any lashes on my eyelids she rushed and i didn’t get my moneys worth this place is awful and does 3 single lashes on u and calls it a classic set.
