  1. The kindness started at the time I scheduled the appointment. The receptionist and scheduling process was easy. From the time I walked in the door until I left everyone was very kind and courteous. The doctor and his aid made the exam go smoothly. The doctor seemed to be very in tune to me, as an older obese lady, and made sure I had the help needed. Once I was on the table he removed my socks and put them back on for me. He did three biopsies on me. He was great, as was his attendant. They made an excellent team. Everyone I dealt with there was awesome!!! I give them a 10!!!

  2. I’ve never had a bad experience at this office. My appointments are always on time, pricing seems reasonable, and you don’t leave feeling like they cut on you for no reason.

  3. Dr Eric is amazing! Takes time to exam your skin, very thorough in explaining your options, great surgeon and great beside manners! I don’t do reviews often but he deserves it!

    Bella Visage has been such a rewarding experience for me. Their laser hair removal device is like no other, pain free with an attached cooling element! Ashley and Jeanna have been amazing with my laser hair removal treatments! Facials are to die for!!! I received facials from Ashleigh, and Amberlyn, who are all knowledgeable at what they do and give a welcoming, pleasant atmosphere. My skin always feel so soft, youthful and has the best glow ever!     I had a cool peel consult. Decided to do it and booked a treatment. They cancelled because they booked me as a consult and not for a treatment. And I was told there was a 15 minutes difference and they could not compromise to fit me in. I needed it that week due to healing from being red from the treatment, and had explained that prior to booking. Yet, they would not accommodate me. The owner, Mr. Parker, called me and was abrasive on the phone. I ended hanging up on him because he was making me feel uncomfortable with his words. He ended up doing me a favor. I found an excellent spa that gave me a better deal$ and who makes me feel at home —————————— In response, under HIPAA laws it is not required of me to share my personal information. I took screenshots too for accuracy. And my Ring cameras just happened to record all conversations that day The part you left out of your response is what led up to what I said. You all were.aware I had to take the day off work for the cool peel treatment & once it was all set, you cancelled on me. I lost a day’s work. And knowing this, you still didn’t accommodate me and that’s what led me to made that comment to your husband I shared my experience as I mentioned I would and I am at peace with this now. Hopefully we can both walk away from this experience as better people and next time show more empathy and kindness if ever we are in a similar situation : )

    I have been coming here for a few years, absolutely best spa in town. I have had many different services and staff is always amazing! Jamila is highly recommended by me, she does an amazing job at laser hair removal. Very thorough and friendly! Fast and painless! Highly recommend!
