The staff are very nice and friendly. None of them come into work with attitude, at least from my experience. This location has two locations/units due to the tight plaza they’re located. I was late once for 10 minutes and they didn’t give me a hard time about it, which I appreciate. I still felt so bad for being late though. Overall, I recommend this place. The parking lot gets really busy so parking can be an absolute pain. But the service is always amazing. I’ve been going for over a year now and each time the customer service is exceptional. I have gotten 10 sessions on my underarms the first few sessions were great but after my hair grew back to normal. The service was great! My nurse who did my laser was funny and friendly. My only complaint coming here is the front desk always seems unapproachable and as though you’re bothering them. Being warm and welcoming goes a long way!
I love coming here! I have been using New Look Skin Center for over 3 years and am completely satisfied with my results. I have only gotten laser hair removal but I noticed immediate results after the very first treatment. I have also used the Glendale and Irvine locations and both are fantastic! Great staff, very clean facilities and services. They are quick to get you in and out as soon as possible. New Look Skin Center also has great monthly specials for all their services but remember to book in advance because they fill up quickly.
Be careful of this place! I bought a package of laser hair sessions and they booked me an additional one without advising me that my package was over. The staff asked me if I wanted to book another session and I thought I had miscounted my sessions. AFTER the laser session they advised me my package was over and asked how I would like to pay. They are not up front and honest in their dealings with customers. A true professional keeps a client up to date the minute they check in- not after they perform a service to get you on the hook for more. I would have happily purchased more if not for the bait and switch maneuver. I appreciate direct and honest communication in my dealings and this place was definitely not that!
I love this place! Michelle and Vanessa are amazing for LHR. I am seeing results just after having only 1 treatment done and I am obsessed. The only thing is that I wish the front desk ladies were more welcoming and personable, making our first second of our experience there nice and warm. But other than that, I think the treatments are amazing and the prices are incredibly reasonable! I am definitely recommending to friends!
100% recommend! I came in for a facial twice and both times the girl at the front, Luna, was always super helpful. She greeted me with a big smile which made me super comfortable! I had a bunch of questions before getting a facial and she was able to answer them all and make me feel very welcomed!
Prices are also reasonable and my skin was glowing!
