  2. The staff of the Leasing Center at the Village Apartment Homes are amazing! They are very caring and helpful. Their entire team is very patient and welcoming towards everyone. Bev in particular is an amazing person. She is a great listener to any of your needs ready to assist with all that she can, a very patient person, and has a very welcoming personality towards everyone. Their maintenance staff are very hard working and dedicated to making sure the residents of the Village Apartments are comfortable and satisfied. Alex, one of the many great maintenance workers always has a smile on his face and makes sure his work is always his best.

  3. Great place to live and the maintenance team is very helpful when it comes to time for a repair. Frank recently came to help fix a leak and actually discovered that we needed to swap out our faucets entirely in both bathrooms. He came in with great attitude and was extremely helpful. He completed our request quick and effortlessly while even asking if we needed help with anything else. If you get Frank as your maintenance guy you’re in great hands!

  4. I have lived here going on 3 years and I would highly recommend living in this wonderful community. From the office staff, cleaning people and maintenance workers they are all amazing! I recently had a gentleman by the name of Alex fix some things in my apartment and I cannot express how wonderful, knowledgeable and diligent this individual was during our interaction. Not only did he fix the issues in my unit but he also went the extra mile. He provides A++ service and I am very happy with his level of professionalism. Thank you for all of your hard work!

  5. I truly enjoyed my tenure at the Village Apartments. Everyone was so great! The maintenance staff were professional and efficient. The resident services team was equally as professional and focused on providing excellent quality service. Bev specifically was such a pleasure to speak with. She was extremely responsive and kind whenever I would call down to the office. The amenities are unmatched and the proximity to the Spectrum mall is so convenient! Such a good community!

    Lived here for 1.5 years and really loved it. Not only is the property top quality and well-maintained, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Marcela from resident services has always been incredibly helpful, as well as the rest of the team. Love to see residents walking about outside, and the property is a nice walk to Starbucks, Whole Foods, and a nice Italian restaurant Angelinos. The community is also quiet, with the occasional barking dog. Noise is my #1 priority with apartments, and living on the top floor I had no problems at Los Olivos. Would recommend!

    Just want to thank Michelle Marroquin at Los Olivos Leasing for help always when things come up. In this case, I had several items — faulty garage clicker — thanks to Antonio also great service and help again! Another item — was receiving mail from previous tenant who had moved out years ago. Kind of a what do I do with this stuff and get a mail forwarding going — finally. Received some things the previous tenant may need. Michelle offered to try to hunt that tenant down so they would know to simply file a change of address with the P.O. And the garage clicker was fixed very quickly — thanks guys! The place we live is kept up immaculately by Irvine Co. Staff. And the level of safety is about as realistically as good as it gets. Was a bummed by the +10% lease renewal hike, but I guess business will be business. That said, a great community !

    I have lived here for 3 years and I have to say that Los Olivos BY FAR is the best apartment community in Orange County. I have rented at numerous properties over the years and none of them compare to Los Olivos. The location is PERFECT! You’re within walking distance to the Irvine Spectrum. You’re 10 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 10 min from the 73 toll road and about 15-20 to Laguna Beach depending on traffic. The maintenance staff are quick, efficient and are always very polite. I have the utmost respect for those guys because they are constantly taking care of the property which by the way is IMMACULATE! The main pool looks like you’re at a Las Vegas resort (not joking, check it out). But the MAIN reason for this review is for MICHELLE who works in the Resident Services Office!!! MICHELLE is ‘not only polite and very professional, but she is also very understanding and most of all compassionate. I had a situation I needed some assistance with and she was extremely helpful and understanding and put my mind at ease. She is hands down the best customer service representative I have ever encountered and I mean it!! You very rarely find someone who is genuine these days and she is definitely one of them!! I have encountered some pretty rude and obnoxious apartment employees over the years and MICHELLE is the gold standard! She takes pride in her work and I hope her upper management sees who they have with MICHELLE because it is employees like HER that make people like me stay for years to come as a resident! I HIGHLY recommend that any resident, or future resident to contact MICHELLE if you need assistance with anything.

    We lived at the Park Place for more than 2 years and I have to say that 1. The floor plans are great, 2. Maintenance is amazing they are really fast, kind, professional 3. Management is amazing, really quick answering questions and replying to emails 4. We had great neighbors 5. Moving out process was easy 6. They were kind all the way ! Unfortunately we had to move but I can truly say it was great !

    Park Place is a great place to call home. The property is beautifully maintained. The mature landscape is manicured. The gym, the pool, the clubhouse are all kept up so well. The staff who keep things maintained in the apartment are very prompt, kind, and knowledgable. A big shout out to all those who maintain this property daily. They do an excellent job! The apartment interiors are modern, spacious, and very quiet. The Resident Services staff is exceptional. They are always so friendly and eager to help no matter how small or big the issue that is presented. Janet was my first introduction to Park Place. She is awesome! Jarred was my second. He went above and beyond problem solving package deliveries for me. Always thinking outside the box to get things resolved quickly. Professional, kind and resourceful are words I would ascribe to those I have interacted with here at Park Place . It’s the people here who elevate the living experience at Park Place and make it a great place to live. Thank you!

    Alfonso from the maintenance department was so amazing! He fixed the light over our island which turned out to need a whole new switch and it now works perfectly! He also fixed two others things while he was there that he noticed he could help with, even though that was not part of our maintenance request. He was also able to reschedule our maintenance appointment for same day due to me not being home at the time of service. He was very kind and I will request him the next time I need maintenance done in my apartment!

    Horrible experience, staff in the leasing extremely rude, The apartment complex is extremely confusing to get around, don’t even order food because the deleivery driver won’t even be able to find you. There is no clear way to distinguish the apartments, only one elevator that takes forever, better off taking the states most of the time. Elevators always broken as well, and if you need to get to your car inside the garage, you won’t as simple as that, I was extremely late for work many times because of this. This place looks nice, but doesn’t properly function, also the game rooms that come with coffee machines, no cups and the machines don’t work. This place is a joke

    Everything was good in the first year: friendly staff, quick response, and comfortable environment. In the second year, we could often smell marijuana and second-hand smoke in the building or inside the apartment. Package theft happened constantly, and I saw that opened package was rummaged through and left in the mailroom, such as Amazon Fresh packages. I had lost two parcels containing my governmental IDs, not to mention other Amazon packages, within two years. The management team didn’t do anything, not even replied to your complaint report. At last, I had to move out due to the midnight noise from the neighbor. The management team just ignored the complaint report and pretended nothing happened…very disappointed.
