8 months agoSo impressed with the Palace Ave bungalow. The pictures reflect the reality. Able to house my family of four and my mother for a wonderful snowy weekend. The host came arranged driveway clearing and was super responsive! Very close to everything you need for a great twin cities stay. Highly recommend!a year agoIt is a quiet, clean and well appointed single family home. There is off street parking. Safe family neighborhood with a park across the street. The decor is beautiful and the home has a nice flow. It accommodated 4 of us and a family get together of 10 easily.a year agoBeautiful home with lots of upgraded areas. Close to park, Trader Joe’s, and Mall of America. Felt very secure with ring door access. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in St Paul and wanting a homey place.a year agoLove it. We had a great time staying here! Our hosts were quick to respond when we had questions. Check in/out was super easy. The space was perfect for our bachelorette weekend! Could not have been happier with how things went. I would definitely recommend staying here and any time I am in need of a place to stay in the cities I will try to book this place again!
This was a great place to stay. We were very comfortable, appreciated the aesthetic, and loved the location. We were close to many great things in St Paul. Our adult children were able to come over and enjoy a visit in the spacious kitchen that has a great table which we played games on and enjoyed carry out sushi. We will definitely hope to book here the next time we are visiting our son.
It was a lovely house – lovingly and exquisitely rehabed. It was spotless….and quiet. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were thick, there was plenty of hot water, especially in the shower, the sofa
was comfortable and the TV had more channels than I knew what to do with. What more could you want?
The host (though we never saw him) was easy to work with. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen had what you would need if you did cook. There was even a washer and dryer and dishwasher – again, not that we used them.
I even really like the neighborhood – convenient for where we wanted to go with lots of trees and nice houses and certainly felt safe.
All in all it was just right.
Great stay overall, easy to communicate with, very clean and organized. Had everything we could need in the room, like towels a fridge, a heater for the cold weather, etc. Would definitely recommend. 10/10.
This place was a gorgeous stay! We had a group of 5 and the accommodations were perfect. Walking distance to lots of great local eateries, bars, coffee, vintage shopping. Check in and check out was a breeze!
