a month agoI stayed here for nearly a year while traveling for work. The building gave me everything I needed a kitchen, a gym, laundry room and quiet. It is an odd building but the units were decorated very modern. The staff was pleasant and helpful for my needs. It is one of the quietest buildings I have ever stayed in. It is not located in the best area and I had to come and go at all hours but must say the parking lot was well lit and I never felt unsafe. I don’t feel this is a luxury apartment but I do feel it was very nice and a great place for a longer term stay. I would gladly stay here again when traveling through the area.4 months agoAmazing experience. The decor and cleanliness is next level. The 5 star restaurant below was just the icing on the cake. Looking forward to making this my permanent residence asap.a year agoI can’t say enough great things about 797 Residences and I truly enjoyed staying here. Breanna and Shelley in the office are great and maintenance is quick to rectify any issues. They do a great job of keeping it clean ans recently made some updates. Plus it’s secure and quiet! And the beds are super comfy! I was recently promoted and that promotion allowed me to work remotely. Because of that, I needed additional space to accommodate my remote work. That is the ONLY reason I moved. Whether you’re staying for a few nights or several months, you won’t regret it. It’s truly all-inclusive.a year agoThe location of the room (close to the elevator) and the building (a few miles from Cuyahoga Valley National Park) made the trip very easy. The gym and breakfast room are two surprises, more than I expected. The room is clean and the amenities are convenient for my three nights stay. The host is very responsive. Thanks Nick to give me five star experience. Will definitely consider to stay here again next time.a year agoIf you are looking at the reviews and wondering if you should stay here,wonder no more. This place is awesome. The amount of amenities they have are ridiculous. The staff are very nice and whenever I had any issues they were usually solved within an hour or the same day. Once you move in here,you won’t want to leave. This is a place you’ll want to renew your lease again and again. My advice would be to grab a room before they’re all taken, seriously!

Louie was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. He provided an array of delicious breakfast options, coffee, and snacks that were available 24/7. I loved the extra attention to detail and art well placed through out the home!
Aside from his excellent hospitality, Louie was genuinely fun to talk to and easy to get along with. We found ourselves having great conversations about music and shared our favorite artists with each other.
Overall, my experience at Louie’s Airbnb was fantastic, and I would undoubtedly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and welcoming home-away-from-home. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
First, the place. The house was beautiful and located in a neighborhood that had plenty of dining options. All easily within a few minutes walk. The house itself had a lovely dining room, porch and the decor in the bedroom made me feel very at home, with family pictures and fascinating memorabilia The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of outlets for charging devices. There was also a very effective tabletop oscillating (quiet) fan that cooled the room. The bathroom was very well organized and Louie had clearly given a great deal of thought as to his guests needs.
This brings me to Louie, himself. He sets the barre high for what a host of a b and b should be. He was very welcoming and friendly. He was very generous with sharing information about the house and history of the town. He also had an amazing kitchen/breakfast setup that allowed for guests to be on their own schedule: there were many options for food and snacks AND souvenirs. Louie was also so helpful with the bikes. First there was a very secure pen in the backyard where our bikes were stored. There was easy access and a pump for us to use. Again, he was very knowledgeable about all things bike related. Louie has clearly found his calling in the realm of hospitality (among other areas, as well). We look forward to our return stay! Thank you, Louie.
Louie was a very gracious and outstanding host. He made special arrangements with our booking right off the bat. The bed and breakfast and room were exactly as he described, neat and clean. The proximity to everything, and most importantly the Ohio to Erie Tow Path Bike trail, made our adventure worthwhile. Highly recommend Berrodin Bed & Breakfast!
My husband and I loved our stay at Berrodin Bed & Breakfast. The owner, Louis, was a gracious host and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in his beautiful home.
The B&B is located within easy walking distance to the historic Highland Square area of Akron – a vibrant area of shopping and dining options. As outdoor enthusiasts, we were happy that it was a mere 15 drive to the southern entrance of Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Additionally, we were able to change our EV using the B&B’s 240v Level 2 charger. This allowed us to make the trip from WV in our fully electric vehicle.
It’s an older home in a serene neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated, but it still has some of the charm (and quirks) of an older home. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. He had hot and cold drinks available for guests to purchase, which is convenient. The host lives in the house as well, so expect to share the space. The bedroom was small, but adequate, with a dresser and desk and a comfortable bed. Great attention to cleanliness!
