It was my first time there and the workers don’t talk to you much or walk you through the process which made me feel really awkward and uncomfortable.
Car wash was great and they cleaned my tire rims nicely. But this is not the place to get your car detailed.
I got the interior detail package for $90 and I felt like it was a hurry up mess up job. My carpets had multiple types of spills and stains and they got a good amount of it out. But they missed a lot of spots that should have not been missed. As you can see in the pictures a took immediately after they “cleaned”. I would have expected a better detailing job for the price I paid. I was disappointed. I’m glad I tried it out but I will not be going back to this place and I would not recommend this place to friends or family.a month agoThe location is convenient. Everyone is welcoming, pleasant, and professional. However, the interior cleaning is not exceptional. I can do a much better cleaning myself and save the cost. This was my 3rd visit with my car, and I took my daughters car once, and she returned yesterday 7/1/23. Same unacceptable service. Car mats are not completely cleaned, interior dash, door panels, etc. not completely cleaned. Not worth, time, cost, or the tip.4 months agoThese guys do a great job! At first it seemed pricey but the quality you get is well worth it. There was one woman who stood out the most to me and I can appreciate the work she done! I’ll be taking tip money next time to give it to her. I2 weeks agoUnfortunately, to me the car wash was just “meh.” I came to this one because it’s the only one open early in the morning when I needed to go. It’s honestly a fine car wash. The issue that occurred for me was I pulled up about 15 minutes after they opened. I approached the screen with different car wash options. The screen had no explanation of the difference between different car wash options. It just said something like “Bronze, silver, gold, platinum… etc.” So on a whim I got the $15 wash and pulled around to the car wash. The whole thing looked off. The belt where your tire sits wasn’t moving and no lights were on and nothing was moving. So I called the store, feeling nervous suddenly wondering if they were actually not open yet. Someone answered and I explained the situation and they hung up on me as I was explaining the situation. Then after another minute a man walked outside and turned the car wash on and waved me in. Honestly the customer service here made me feel like a nuisance. They employee was clearly annoyed. He didn’t make eye contact with me, smile, wave, nothing lol. He just gestured for me to pull up once he turned the car wash on. I did this and the car wash itself seemed kinda… weird… I’ve taken my car through many car washes but this one seemed weird because the long brushes they wipe ur car were hitting my car very aggressively in comparison to any other drive through car wash I’ve gone through. My guess is their machinery is old or something. It works. It doesn’t seem dangerous by any means but you can I imagine that I was feeling a bit upset by the fact that I got treated rudely by an employee and now im sitting in a car wash that is just repeatedly, aggressively slapping the sh!t out of my windshield and car lol, like yeah I won’t lie it made me just a tiny bit nervous about driving my new car through it. I vacuumed my car and left after that. I know I won’t be coming back unfortunately, Primarily due to the customer service. If you can go to another car wash other than this one, I’d do that, the only reason I came here in the first place is because they are open earlier than others around me.2 months agoAlways great. The best in Atlanta. The staff is very caring, no zombie employees. Please tip them and they will remember. Great waiting area in and outside and great music playing on the system.

3 months agoI came for a car wash on 04.29.2023 at 09:58 am. I gave them a car key and went inside to make a payment. After I made a payment, I went back to check on my car and saw while the car was going through that the drive-through back bumper was hanging!!! Two employees tried to put it before, and I took a picture. I asked a manager to complain, and the manager came to tell me that I am a liar and that damage was there before!!! He didn’t want to speak with me, turned his back and left!!! I ended up with a damaged car from the car wash!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!! I have been going to Cactus Car Wash for years, and it looks like they changed their owner and management, and their service is not like before. BE AWARE IF YOU ARE TAKING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE THERE!!!!3 months agoMy car was in terrible shape, very dirty inside and out. Jonathan did all of the work inside and out today, and he did a FANTASTIC job!! I had a really good experience. There seemed to be some haggling with the price in the beginning with another employee, and that same guy (that checked me in) and haggled with me also told me it would take “about an hour” (I knew at the time it would take a lot longer, and it did take about 2 hours, and I did not complain at all, because I know that it really did need that much work!) My car is also a 6 speed, and Jonathan did an amazing job not stalling it out, as he moved from station to station for the different services. I will definitely come back. Thank you!a year agoTook my car in earlier today, they quickly viewed the car and said $300. Looks like they just vacuumed and wiped down the seats, as you can see in the pics there are still very visible stains everywhere which they didn’t remove. Won’t be returning, you can find cheaper places that will do a much better job, I could’ve gotten the same service somewhere else for much cheaper, very disappointed.11 months agoI arrived at 10:48 a.m. I left at 2:20 p.m. with an incomplete service. I was told they were able to finish the inside of the vehicle but not the outside. When I arrived I made it very clear I needed to pick up my child at 2:30 p.m. and it would not take longer than 3 hours. I was left with a dusty dash board, cup holders that were not touched, stains on dash board, dog hair in the back. I feel taken advantage of I am beyond disappointed in this service. The service I received I would say would be equivalent to a $50 service max. After reading other reviews it sounds like they take advantage of people, specifically women. 10/10 DON’T recommend!a month agoUsed to go here all the time when it was Cactus but it has changed significantly. The staff is insanely rude, especially the man who you first interact with. I went one day and he quoted me over $200 for my truck due to “excessive dirtiness” ( which it was not in anyway possible). I declined and went back a few days later hoping someone else would be working and of course, the same guy was there. He quoted me over $300 this time to which I said a few days later you said $200 why are you quoting me this high now? He stated that was a few days ago, todays a new day. To make it clear, I just wanted the outside washed and the basic inside cleaning. But he refused saying it was too dirty. I told him to forget it and went over to Mammoth Car Wash and got my truck cleaned for $60 (never even once said my truck was “too dirty”). Will not be going back here.

Honestly, not a great experience. I’m not sure what happened since the last time I was here, but the conditions were super gross. The car wash left my windows dirtier than when I came in. All the cloths for wipes down windows and such were wet. It appears that this place has poor wastewater management which is awful for the environment. There was trash all over the ground and they don’t use trash bags so the whole place smelled like garbage due to the mold growth on their trash bins. The vacuums had super low power as well.
This car wash sucked. I paid for the basic wash at $12 and it did not clean my truck properly. It only took some of the light surface dirt off. It left all kinds of pollen marks on my hood. Left a Dirty windshield. Dirty side panels. It was by far the worst wash I have had anywhere in the Atlanta metro region. I have to go wash it again at a better place. Don’t waste your money.
The service that I get in this car wash is above other car washes. We have a family membership and from the little ones they enjoy coming here. Thanks to Jeff and all of his work team who train them to serve everyone well at any time. In summary I receive quality at the best price
I drive by this place every day and finally decided to get a wash. I was greeted with smiles and very friendly employees the tall guy named branden was super helpful when I asked questions about the different washes and what everything included was. I really appreciate that he was not pushy when i declined the membership since i wanted to try it first. I would definitely come back again. Really considering getting a membership.
Branden was very helpful and friendly. My tires didn’t get fully covered in the sine stuff. he was super helpful and offered to put some on for me. He has Great costumer service! I definitely Will be coming to this car wash more often in the future. Can’t wait to see more people like Branden working there!
