3 months agoGreat customer service, and understanding even with the mess of my vehicle! I took an off-roading class and didn’t have a chance to spray it off. Mike and Kiazer were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and ensured all was well before leaving the lot. They did a fantastic job, and will be back due to their customer service.a month agoKaiser and James were phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service !!! Not only was I satisfied with the wash itself but they helped me clean my car INSIDE and out!!! From wiping down my windows to vacuuming!! I travel to the OBX for work and I always have sand in every crack and crevice, NOT ANYMORE!!!! Make sure you check them out and show them some love!!! You car will ride away looking TOP NOTCH!!! Can’t wait to come back from my travels this week to get my Ride all shiny again!!!4 months agoWe go to Mod Wash frequently! Staff is extremely personable. Automatic wash does a great job. Vacuuming is strong and has excellent length to the hose. Love that they have microfiber towels and cleaners available. The only reason for 4 stars is that some of the spray bottles are broken and it would be nice to have some kind of cleaner/conditioner for the interior dash, etc of the vehicle. All they have is a disinfectant and glass cleaner.a month agoThe modwash is excellent 👍 they have everything you need to make your car 🚗 like brand new. They have specials and membership specials. Come over and support your modwash!!!! Fresh and clean with free vacuum with wash 💦💦💦 🚗.

a month agoThis is my second time using this wash and I was extremely impressed. I was helped by Mike during my first visit and he was so helpful and kind! When I returned this visit he even convinced me to get a membership! Immediately after the wash I had the pleasure of meeting Kaiser as he helped me using that he ModWash Cleaner for my mats. His level of professionalism and customer service was amazing. If these two aren’t running this store, they need to be!! I will never use another wash again. Thank you Mike and Kaiser!!

a week agoThis place is my favorite car wash to come to. The customer service is great, one of the guys who works there named Nature was very polite and social. My car is shiny and clean like i just bought it lol. Superior customer service attitude from all employees
I hate leaving reviews like this but I had to on this one. However I will say if the owners want to try again and find a way to make it right, I’m always open for second chances. Now with drive through car washes I understand the risk of scratches, so I’m not even that mad at the paint chip because there is no way to prove that it came from this ( but I’m pretty darn sure it was a result from the wash). To start I paid $25 for their best wash and expected much more, the guy at the front pressure washed maybe 1/3 of the car before entering (they used to do WAY better of a job). After pulling out and driving 2 minutes the car was still filthy and I just feel like their machines are not operating well or need replacement parts because other competitors down the street when I pull away don’t look like this. Unfortunately it was a poor result, but like I said I’m a fair person and if the owners choose to respond to this review, I will try again and amend.
I love this place. They offered free services earlier this year on a Sunday. I took two cars and I bought the membership. I go once/twice per week. Awesome car wash and my car turns heads after I’ve gone. Loving the services! Highly recommended. See for yourself. Thank me later!
I love this car wash ! It’s so clean and the workers are so nice and helpful. The manager was pleasant & professional. I also love how I can use the vacuums even when the car wash is closed ! I have a membership it’s definitely worth it ! Great price , great experience.
Carlos the manger is always super helpful! He doesn’t mind taking a second to spark a conversation and always remembers my name when I come in. His customer service is top notch and he really seems to have this place running well. Anytime that I come in I am able to get in and out very quick along with having a spotless car wash. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Five stars all day for Take 5! Thank you guys!!
