Splash always goes above and beyond with my car wash & interior cleaning, it’s a total worthwhile luxury and my car sparkles afterwards! Highly recommend an unlimited membership 🤩5 months agoWhen this place first opened it was great and a good value for the money. Unfortunately over the last year or so it went downhill. The full detail service (inside and out cleaning) is not what it used to be. The last couple of vehicles I brought in was not cleaned properly. They missed parts of the windshield, door jams, cup holders, dash, and the tires had a thick silicone based coating that was not consistent, leaving parts of the tires untreated, and looking horrible. My front drivers seat was pushed all the way back, even though I asked them not to adjust it. I won’t be back for a while. Hopefully they correct the issues. It used to be a great value.2 weeks agoI went here for a car wash + interior cleaning for the first time and loved it. Tyler was amazing and very attentive to detail! (Good news is I have been retrained by my long suffering husban). I GREATLY appreciate clean house AND CAR. Yesterday I took a relative of mines’ car in. She has done so much for me so I wanted to give back.
The car has years of neglect dirt wise (decent maintenance though) And I could have never accomplished what those young men did in 15 minutes.

Matthew further explained the monthly date my card would be charged and the way my plate would be read to quickly allow me to wash my car. I was very pleased with the services and the personable staff. Great experience.

3 weeks agoHave been a Zip’s club member for a few months now. This is the most convenient location for me to use as I drive past it every day. Quality of the wash is excellent. The club membership works out well for me as I wash the truck at least twice a week. Good value.4 months agoI have been a zips unlimited customer for a while and was satisfied untill I visited another zips with great vacuums, a place to scub your wheels & grill before you enter, Mat washers rubber & carpet and a airgun.. now I feel pretty cheated by my local zips with the minimal I think they need an upgrade!a week agoThe car wash in rogers on pleasant grove is not well kept. The trash is not emptied, the vacuums are old and often clogged. Only 2/3 of the stalls have blowers. They need a remodel and new management review process.a month agoThe worst monthly wash packages! I wash my work truck every day at all 6 zips car washes all over NWA. Every location always has something not working in their wash and one of the laziest employees you will ever see! What is the purpose of having one guy spray only the drivers side of the car?? If you want a better full service car was I highly recommend CLUB CAR WASH!3 weeks agoWow is just all I can say… BE careful of this location. I went a few weeks ago and a man took my debit card and I asked for the $10 carwash and he asked me if I would like to do a membership and I said no than you… Well yesterday my bank had a pending charge for $35 from Zips well I called and explained that I didn’t have a membership not wanted one and explained that I was there a few weeks ago and what happened. So the lady said that she would cancel it and send it to the department for refund. Today I was sent an email from the refund department saying they couldn’t issue me a refund it was against their policy for canceling the membership! Um hello I didn’t give permission for a membership. So please be careful if you go to this location do not allow anyone to put your card in for you.. I guess I will have to dispute it with my bank now since they seem not to care about their client’s.

Unlimited car washes are no longer unlimited. I just arrived home after a two week trip and the bugs were hard to get off the front end so I went through the car wash two times and needed a third time. The machine and employee said I had exceeded my daily washes. Clearly you don’t understand the meaning of the word unlimited. After 8 yrs I will now try another car wash membership.
I think that with competition in the area, you have improved my car wash experience. Just wish that your folks would pay close attention to the pre-spraying that they do as I enter the car wash. Pretreating for the bugs, etc on the windshield is very important. And then keeping the place clean and the vacuums cleared of clogs consistently would be nice. Please. Thanks. Overall- it’s a good car wash & I will continue my membership.
I bought a membership with Zips because of their locations, and the only reason I have stayed with them. I am seriously considering cancelling and moving to another company. They are consistently out of the spray bottles of cleaner and towels.I mentioned this to an employee once and he told me my expectations were too high. They vacuums are either stopped up or not working at all. The equipment also shuts down in the middle of a wash, and I’m stuck until they get it going again.
