a month agoAlways a good wash here. I am on the monthly plan which is a great bargain. My only complaint is that I have an I SERVED plate which the scanner does not pick up to let me through the gate. I always have wait and wave someone down so they can enter my information. The attendant has tried adding and removing the IS letters with the plate number. I do not mind waiting a few minutes but I hate holding up the line behind me. Other than that this place is great. *******UPDATE******** Jet Brite rectified the problem quickly. I went to wash my truck about a week later and pulled out my receipt for the attendant but did not need it. The scanner picked up my plate info and I proceeded in for the wash. Thanks guys, good stuff!!!!!!a week agoThe vacuums always work. They have free machines to clean your floor mats, soapy brushes to pre-scrub, vending machine for extra cleaning supplies and there’s tons of helpful staff available! It does get a little too crowded, but I get it! It is my favoritrue place to clean my car.a month agoUsed their drive thru car wash and it SCRATCHED my brand new car’s hood. Would not recommend this place.Owner replies on reviews indicate this is an ongoing issue and they do not correct the issue after being made aware.
5 months agoMy car was damaged in this car wash. They said someone would phone me within 72 hours. They left me a voice mail as I missed their call. I called back and I get their voicemail. In my message I asked to be called ANY day of the week BEFORE 2pm….nothing and I have called back so many times left multiple voicemails and these people refuse to call me back. I have been to this car wash before multiple times with the same vehicle never an issue and this time it rips my bumper. This place has zero customer service they don’t bother to call you back. This is horrible and I will tell as many people about my experience as possible. If they would bother to listen to their voicemail they can find the number to call me in there.It took 10 minutes to reply to my google post but in two weeks someone can not call me back before 2pm. 3 months agoGot the unlimited washes great place to take ur car goes in dirty comes out very clean gd free vacuums line gets long some times but as i say the more people that comes lets u know the wash is good!!!!!

2 weeks agoI’ve been trying to reach this company for the last 2 months in regards to my monthly membership and I’ve also emailed them twice and still have not received a response. If your phone number doesn’t work for your corporation what is the purpose of having a phone number where people can communicate and call and or to make complaints, that’s just bad business and that just tells me that you don’t want to deal with the customers complaints or concerns.2 months agoSome bird “drops” didn’t come off the side panel which was a problem since I upgraded my wash for the purpose of getting rid of the bird goo. Appreciate the strong, free vacuums that sucked up all of the plant debris and spilled soil in my back seat. Easy to get in and out.6 months agothe free vacuums are great! The monthly subscription is worth it in the winter months. I go at least once a week to get the winter grime off the car. The carwash can be crowded with longer lines during peak times between 5pm – 7pm and on weekendsd, but i usually go on off hours and there’s usually no line. I wish the drive through wash could be open past 9pm.3 months agoQuick and easy car cash but the prices are not worth the quality of car wash but it is the best one in the area. Also free vacuum but I wish the spaces for the vacuum were a little wider because if someone is parked next you it feels like are bumping into you or your car4 years agoLOVE the free vacuum and air! My kids also loved the wash (so did I) but they think the lights are super fun and have made it into a dance party!. Wish there was an option to dry down (or at least towels) but it is a great wash for the price!

Great car wash, for a quick and easy service. The ultimate wash is $18 and prices go down from there. They also offer monthly wash options. The wash uses the traditional rollers, top and sides. There is a free vacuum available after your wash. There are also parking spots for drying. I even believe it’s open throughout the winter. Note during beautiful sunny summer days, the lines at this wash can be quite long. Overall,I recommend using this car wash for a quick wash.
I’ll just start where the incident started. It’s almost 9 pm. I’m drying by car after a wash. Im approached my a car wash associate telling me I have to leave. I said when I’m done drying my car off I’ll leave then he starts pointing at a sign asking me can I read. Now we’re arguing nearly about to fight. The car wash associate went and got a hammer and started to threaten me. Then I got a hammer out of my car. Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to clean my car. Terrible associate. He needs to be fired for the way he acted tonight this is no way to run a business.
It’s ok if you want a semi wash and a choppy functional vacuum. The wash leave scratches so be careful if your car is new.
I like this car wash is pretty good.
Paid for extra services for the tires to be done. Tires were not sprayed thoroughly, some areas had no product at all. Very disappointed for the amount of money l paid. I’ve gone to car washes, paid less money, and got better service. Would not return
