11 months agoWhat an awesome experience! There’s always something special about driving through a car wash. The rainbow colored foam hitting the windshield is mesmerizing. Best part about this car wash was the hand cleaned interior service afterwards. You can either do just the exterior drive thru option, or you can pay a few bucks extra for exterior and interior. I got the full package and I am completely satisfied! There were two young men who worked on my car and gave it great attention! Best part was it didnt take long at all! Thank you guys very much for your attention to detail. Highly recommended!4 months agoStopped by here this morning to get the “manager’s special”, and this is how my car looked after $56 spent. I will never waste my money at an Auto Bell again. Too bad no stars isn’t an option for Google.a year agoThe biggest scam. The quality of service was horrible. Went for full service car wash and detailing. Paid $45 for my car to resemble a $15 car wash. They told me that it was $45 for there best service. I could have paid $25 dollars less and did it myself. It would have looked 100 times better than what they did. Please don’t waist your time at this place and do yourself a favor and avoid this company all together. After paying almost $50 dollars I had to go home and finish detailing it myself. Not to mention whatever products they used left my car oily and hard to buff out.9 months agoI have a membership. Love paying once a month, using the Autobell app, and going in for washes as much as I want. I have to have a clean car (may be an enthusiast).I always go to the one on Hankins rd. Bobby and Cole are usually the ones who clean my car for me. But the whole staff there give great service and do a great job on my vehicle. I Love coming here.
7 months agoI went to this location with scratch free car windows and left with MULTIPLE scratches on my passenger side window. I’m so mind blown that this even happened and they refuse to take responsibility to fix my car because when they looked at the cameras my car was hidden by THEIR gazebos so they couldn’t “prove” what happened. The manager at the location basically called me a liar by telling me this had to have happened before I arrived at their location. There’s also scratches on my ps back window I didn’t make a big deal about those because they aren’t as noticeable. After driving home I discovered the same scratches on my driver side window. I can’t believe I took my car in to be detailed and it came out in worse condition than I arrived in. They also made an incident report had me sign it took it back inside and finished filling it out saying “they won’t be responsible” so now it looks like I signed off on this. Lesson learned DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION if you want your car returned in the same condition you arrived in!!!!!!!!!

This carwash runs pretty smoothly, although on the weekends it can get pretty busy & the wait for the vacuums can be a little long. The Sam’s Xpress Car Wash’s are great for those who value their time and who want a clean car.This location, like the others, is laid out so customers can quickly get their cars washed and can continue their day. Awesome concept.
They have about 12 stalls for cars to be vacuumed with either a narrow or wide wand. In addition, if you need a towel to dry your vehicle or touch up a spot they provide those free of charge.
Inside they have bathrooms, a customer lounge with snacks and free coffee.
a month agoAfter going through the wash, when I go to dry my vehicle, on the right side (passenger door) was a wax/gum like substance all over the mid to bottom of the door. Difficult to scrub off. No members of the team were helpful. Everyone just shrugged there shoulders saying they don’t know. Cancelled the membership. Will make the time now to wash it myself.

Unfortunately I damaged, scratched all 4 of my hub caps from my car yesterday. I always come in this nice place Take 5 Car Wash, most of the time once a week, Monday. I came around before close to 12 pm and did my carwash. When I came out and dried my car from outside in the Carwash Place I realized all 4 hub caps were damaged, have deep scratches. I called my wife and asked her if she know what’s this about. I went home and she saw it and told me go a.s.a.p. back and complain. What we did and hopefully it’s come a good feedback back to us for a good solution. I am for a few years there a customer and I even enrolled my wife’s car last year too.
I think what happened was when the car is rolling forward the whole time to get the different washes, your plastic track rollers must not be in a good shape. It may have happened on the way out where the car gets dried. I am really not in a good mood because all four hub caps have been damaged as of yesterday’s wash.
I’ve been to a lot of drive through carwashes, but Take 5 takes the cake! The water is scented in the actual carwash. Tyler was exceptional. He made it a point to speak to every customer. He gave me some cute Take 5 air fresheners and all. I will be back!
This is a great location. They have great staff who are extremely patient, friendly, and polite. The car wash itself is convenient and does a great job of cleaning your car. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed !
Usually the best thing about a car wash is the fun colorful soap, but today mr jack made me forget all about soap entirely. Jacks the man and if the boss really reads this, thank him personally! A great car wash that is worth every bit of your time!
Excellent customer service by José and Griffen. They were both very helpful and polite. Exceptional value and the self-serve vacuum and car detailing station was well stocked, easy to use, and convenient. After my experience I am looking into a membership!
