in the last weekBreaks my Heart to write this type of review for my FAVORITE franchise Wholesale store location. Can’t believe my husband was treated with FULL DISRESPECT at the food court today. We ordered a Strawberry Sundae which should include Strawberry syrup and Strawberry chunks BUT end up with a cup of just plain Strawberry ice cream. I truly understand being busy and messing up orders with multiple items but this is ONE single item. At around 7:30pm on Tuesday 08/29…what is UNACCEPTABLE is the DISRESPECT that my husband received from a “not sure her name but Tall African American lady who works the front,” stating why u take the ice cream if it’s not correct. Well excuse me but WHO is the customer and FYI, I’m the one who ordered and he picked up from what you gave my husband. So whose fault is it to mess up a VERY simple one item order? All we asked is to make it right, how hard is it? We don’t need the EXTRA UNNECESSARY DRAMAS that brings COSTCO reputation downhill. Costco don’t HIRE/PAY employees to disrespect customers and chase them away to Competitors like SAM’S CLUB! I love Costco BUT this type of behavior is Ridiculously UNACCEPTABLE and need to be addressed accordingly or else expect to lose more and more customers to Competitors.a month agoLots of hardworking employees. We have our particular items we get regularly and look for those unique items. Keep an eye open for the discounted items. We have found some amazing deals.8 months agoThese pictures are of the Sanus tv mount 360 full rotation. I live this location because it always carries Top Brands at least 25-40 percent off. I would comment on the rotisserie chicken and the food court… but we all know that it’s Amazing. $1.50 for hotdog and drink🔥2 weeks agoLove Costco. Always find fresh produce and their bakery is fantastic. They have a lot of different food products that I love. Their bottled lemonade is fantastic!

Was on the phone with employee Dennis in sales, very rude employee, not very clear with what he was talking about. Ended up hanging up the phone on me in the middle of the conversation when I tried getting clarification of pricing on an item. When I called back to speak to a manager to report him, manager stated “Dennis was right next to me, I believe he got disconnected. He was saying “hello hello” I appreciate your loyalty to your employees as manager lying for them, but your employee obviously has some attitude issues and as a new member I will definitely be cancelling my Costco membership after this interaction.a week agoAwesome prices! Awesome staff! The entire store is ALWAYS clean and in order. I shop here weekly and get excited about my visit.a month agoShopping today7/13/23 found the k- cups were moved to a new location. Went to the new location to find the product I use not there. Went back to the original isle found my brand in the racks, when I was able locate an employee and tell them what I needed was told by said employee did you look for it and he was to busy at the time to get the pallet down. I shop there twice a month and spend a lot of money.From now on I will be shopping at the Manchester store in hopes of helpful and friendly people who want to work.

There are several businesses in the area, including a whole sale mart, food court, gas station, pharmacy, vision center, and Tire center. Costco Wholesale offers a wide range of products, including fresh vegetables and fruits, electronics, mobile phones, apparel, furniture, and equipment. Products are reasonably priced and of high quality. It has Wheelchair accessible entrance and a parking lot. They also provide an additional warranty year for electronic products like laptops. It offers Delivery, In-store pickup and shopping as well. A visit is unavoidable if you want better quality and a good price. It offers a great return service and friendly customer service.
I really enjoyed the shopping experience here, mostly for groceries. Dairy and meat products are always of good quality and tend to be good values, and this place is a staple for coffee. I also enjoy the samples, and sometimes busting the chops of the outside reps who try to push their wares a tad aggressively. I like the fact that there’s almost always some sort of surprise that you don’t expect.
We were visiting the area and made a quick visit to this Costco soon before closing, which was great, as it was emptying out. I was impressed by the large selection of artisan cheese and made a new acquisition, while my husband was happy to find cases of local beer for a good price. The self checkout was super fast thanks to a helpful employee who scanned the beer.
I am a Costco fan. If you have the space for huge portions, you gotta go here. I’ve bought everything from brisket to golf balls. Great gas prices too.
I’m at Costco at least once a week and everyone who works there is awesome! We walk around every isle just to get out and walk around out of the heat and always enjoy ourselves. It’s clean and organized and we can always find what we need. Make sure you say high to Dave at the door! If you’ve ever thought service was going in a hand basket he will restore a little of your faith in humanity. His positive attitude is contagious
