2 months agoPopular place to buy bulk goods. Costco has great deals on food, clothes, and electronics. They also have a terrific return policy. You can buy with confidence here. You’ll need a yearly membership to get in ($60 as of 2021). Staff are usually busy and helpful. It gets busy here on weekends, so go on a weekday if you can. The self checkout line moves faster, usually.2 weeks agoMy one year old toddler was yelled at by an employee, named Maggy! I don’t feel safe going back to this location. The location on kino is much nicer!I thought about canceling my membership because of how disgusted I was with the situation.
Some of my friends have also had similar issues with this location. so I’m not the only one.
2 months agoJust needed to refill some propane cylinders. The employee filled them quickly, and the price was good. But what a hassle to have to walk all the way back in the store and stand in line to pay for it. And of course, the line was very slow. Couldn’t the employee filling the cylinders get a cash register and ring us up? Or how about being really creative and allow us to pay with a mobile app?8 months agoAwesome selection. Very popular costco. Amazing variety and big layout. A lot to love here. Enjoy!11 months agoI typically love Costco. I recommend it to everyone! Well today I got a little gift check in the mail. I am hungry with 2 puppies and I decide to stop in Costco to grab a slice of pizza. Well I can’t leave my puppies in my truck it too hot out. I live in my truck so my puppies go in every store I go in and never have I had a store tell me my dogs can’t come until today. Costco refused to let me enter because my puppies were with me. Plus they can’t be in the cart. I am super sad and still really hungry.

I want to thank the lot staff for helping me load our new buffet into my truck. The parking lot can be packed during peak times but the service and general overall speed to find what you need and get out is quite efficient. No complaints for this Costco4 months agoI’ve never had to leave anything but a 5-star review for Costco. But this location is absolutely horrid, and should be avoided. The food court is outside. So when you’re shopping and you want to place pizza order to be ready by the time you’re shopping in the food court, you have to abandon your shopping cart, and go into 120 degree heat outside. While outside, one of the kids had to go to the bathroom, and the rep at the front door won’t let anyone inside without a Costco card. So yet another another trip. I can go on and on, but there isn’t enough room here to type. This place is really ghetto, and the employees at this location are very cranky, and not eager to please. Definitely avoid this location.a month agoAlways a great shopping experience. And probably always spend “too much”. Absolutely love that I can pretty much shop for just about anything, My Family needs. The workers are extremely helpful and the flow of traffic down the different isle’s isn’t that bad. Would recommend not going on Sundays though because it’s like a madhouse on that day. And they tend to be the cheapest as far as Gas prices go,
I love this store. It is one of my favorite places to shop. Applying for a membership was easy. I always have a quick shopping experience because everything is easy to find. The only problem I have encountered here happened today. I left with confusion. These two guys who I believe were employees asked me if I was ready to check out and I was. I do not know what happened but they would not let me purchase a bag of bagels unless I took two bags of bagels? One of the guys took my bagels out the cart and they were going to put it back. I asked them if there was a buy 1 get 1 free and he said sort of. It is the deal. I told them I only wanted to buy one bag of bagels. I agreed and they put my bag of bagels (1335089) back in my cart and rung it up for $7.99 E on my receipt. It was the bagels in the back by the cakes. There was no sign saying there was a buy 1 get 1 free. After I gave him my Costco card to scan he was holding on to it even after I paid and I had to hold my hand out to him to ask for it back? He asked me (I was wearing a blue dress)and my daughter(toddler) to stand by the register and wait for the other guy who was with him to get me another bag. I did not want to wait around for another bag of bagels that I do not need, so I left. It was the strangest experience. Be prepared to have people who block the aisles basically having a family reunion & ignoring the 50+ people behind you trying to just shop. The store is always packed. Customers are beyond rude. The only thing that makes this store tolerable is the employees. Most are nice and helpful. If you’re gonna go, I’d say go on a weekday before closing unless you like to live on the wild side and spend 2+ hours just trying to get people to move. If you’re with other I suggest splitting up to get out quicker.
Nice workers, big parking lot, gas station is separated from the main store so easy to navigate. Close to several nicer fast food restaurants. The store is well organized with plenty of room in the aisles to navigate. Not as crowded as many of the Costcos.
Huge pain renewing a membership. Claimed we could do it after checkout siper quick, come to find out they want to make us go through a half-hour process with our cold groceries. I would definitely recommend getting that squared away before shopping regardless of what they claim.
