  Paradisaic renovated one of our bedrooms to create a walk-out to a stylish new deck. My husband and I were able to work adjacent to the construction because Chris Gray, Brandon, Greg and the trades were very polite and professional at all times.The work was done carefully and the customer service was excellent.   When we decided to undertake an almost complete renovation of our house (main floor, basement and upstairs hallway) we looked for recommendations for a reliable, dependable and honest company to do the job. Thankfully we got a recommendation for Paradisaic Building Group.

  Ben and Jordan came out to the house and we walked through everything we wanted to have renovated. We then worked with Jordan over the next several months as we finalized the scope of the project. We received a very detailed document outlining our project from start to finish. It broke down the cost of everything we wanted (and everything Paradisiac needed to do to make it happen). The work commenced. Our project manager Greg communicated with us every step of the way. We were living off site so we received bi-weekly emails telling us what was happening and what was coming up. He always made sure we were happy with the work that was going on. He was organized and knowledgeable. He kept us on schedule with our selections so the work never stopped because we forgot to pick something. He was great. Chris, Keith and all of the other carpenters who worked in our house were beyond excellent. As walls came down and issues were found Chris walked us through the issue, gave use several ways to fix it and always gave his advice on the best way forward. This was a huge help. I believe our house turned out better than we had imagined because of Chris. Michelle, the in-house designer, was amazing. She helped us pick out all of our finishes. She would give her opinion on why she thought things would work and why things might not.

  In the end our house turned out amazing. The work came in just under budget and just a week over the estimated completion time (nothing Paradisaic could have done to prevent that). I would 100% recommend Paradisaic for your home reno needs. They turned our house into our dream home.

  This the second time we have used Paradisaic for a renovation in our home, this time a new kitchen. We returned to Paradisaic because they are a thoroughly professional company that does high quality work. We had complete trust in knowing the job would be done to the highest level of quality.   My husband and I have been working with Paradisiac Building Group for many years. In our first home, they constructed beautiful wainscoting, new flooring, a master walk-in closet and a gorgeous railing. Ten years later, we moved (at the beginning of the pandemic) and invited Ben and his crew in to create a new rec room, office and gym in our unfinished basement, including two beautiful fireplace feature walls. They are true professionals and masters in their craft. Our project manager provided us with weekly updates and was very responsive, professional and accessible. Our carpenters were amazing, always on time and very knowledgeable. They knew when to include us in the decision making process. Quality, professionalism and customer service are paramount for this organization. We would not hesitate to recommend the Paradisiac Building Group for your home renovation.

  We were recommended to work with Paradisaic by our designer,Nicole Thomas Interiors, and we are so pleased we moved forward with Ben and his team. The work they do is at the highest level. Our renovation was a first floor full renovation which took 5-6 months. We lived at our house through the reno and the team was incredibly respectful of that. Phil was the most incredible forman we could have asked for. His attention to detail and communication was essential and appreciated. Hiccups happen during reno’s and Phil was always solution based and positive. Jason the additional staff on site was dedicated and his workmanship was exceptional. These 2 gentleman were at our house daily for 6 months and it was a true pleasure. They respected our work from home schedule and cleaned every night before leaving. They were dedicated to getting the job done and we are forever grateful.

  Our project manager Greg kept the project smooth and on schedule. He managed all scheduling of sub trades and if anything arose he was always on top of it.

  Our house is spectacular and well beyond our expectations. The attention to detail the team took to make it come to life is evident.

  In all, we were in such great hands and we are beyond thrilled with the execution and finalization of the project.

  Horrible customer service. We had them in to do a kitchen and bath renovation last year and it took them over 5 months to complete the job, except they didn’t complete the job, even though they demanded final payment. The workmanship is ok, not the best I’ve ever seen, but the biggest complaint is the customer service. Scheduling is horrible, they send different trades at different times and do bits of the job and leave. Coordination is lacking. The grout in the tile started failing almost immediately and then they sent guys in to pick at a few spots and patched it. It looks like a patch job and now a year later, tiles are lifting, grout has crumbled out and they haven’t come back to fix it. I asked them to take care of the warranty repairs over a month ago and there’s been no action. Over priced, over rated and under performing. The positive reviews on here are fakes.

  I would give 10 stars if it would allow me to . Willem Jr and Sr and the designer Manager Alyssa have been excellent and professional in getting the kitchen renovated . Great service and pricing wouldn’t hesitate sending in friends and family . Do your self a favor and go to the Kitchen Studio first you will be happy that you did .

  We recently had our kitchen completely renovated by The Kitchen Studio and we couldn’t be more happier and impressed with the quality of the cabinetry, design and workmanship. Michelle and the team were a pleasure to work with. They were flexible and accommodating with all the last minute changes we made. The layout and design is so functional, spacious and stunning. Michelle worked her magic and turned our little kitchen into a well utilized, open and bright kitchen that I now enjoy cooking in.
