  Can’t say enough about how thrilled I am with my experience working with the Blue Key team on my basement renovation! I dreamed about it for a long time and I am so grateful they helped make it a reality and more than beyond my expectations.

  From the start of the process with Ed through until the final sign off, the Blue Key team was timely, incredibly professional, incredibly detailed, and very thorough in their communication throughout. Working with Emma and Gerri on design and selections was so fun and stress free. Harley was diligent, thoughtful, patient, and really took care of ensuring every detail was attended to. The construction and trades teams were all fantastic. Honestly…considering how stressful renovations can be…this was an absolute DREAM. It’s almost hard to properly articulate, but the level of care and pride in their work and in doing their best for their clients is just so apparent in every little step of the process.

  The end result has really been life changing…and no client could ever be happier with my new shower and bathroom than myself. I thought finally deciding to renovate the basement was the gift I gave myself, but I was wrong. Choosing Blue Key to do it WAS.

  Ed worked with me of about a year prior to starting the project, really appreciated the time he gave both myself and my wife to answer questions. Always felt like he was on our team. I think everyone goes into a renovation with some trepidation, he listened to my vision and can honestly say I wouldn’t change a thing. Everything came together on time and on budget. Want to thank all the staff that worked with me (too many to mention). They were all willing to do whatever it took to make us happy and turn this renovation into our dream. I would highly recommend them to anyone, it was a great experience!

Ed did an excellent job of understanding what we liked/disliked, and our style and helped to create the perfect layout.   Very unprofessional, given us quote and then returned back the next day asking for more money , after making the deal said he would start the work next week , when next week arrived hamied stopped answering phone calls , I managed to speak to Hamied and said he will start the job next week and he hung up the phone on me while I was speaking, then right after Hamied massaged my husband saying he does not want to continue with the deal . I do not recommend his business service to anyone , they are scammers. Very very professional. Be aware!!

  Jouda and his team was a pleasure to work with – they all were so personable and even offered me Tim Hortons coffee upon arrival. I had custom interlocking done and it took no more then 3 days – everything turned out so great! We will most definitely use exterior needs again in the future.

  The guy name Hamied was acted really unprofessional in our case. He spouse to start working at out place in mid April. Firstly he keep on changing the price he offered on first day. After that he keep on postponing the date of work to be started. Later almost after one week he stoped answering our phone calls, accidentally he answered one of my aunts call but he hung up on her and texted my uncle that he is not continuing the work at our place. Be aware of this kind of scams I do not recommend this company to anyone.
