  Very bad experience, I would never recommend this company for the plans of your house. 2 couples of friends did business with them and in both cases, it ended in a mess. Firstly, they don’t listen to their customers at all, they make you feel like you’re bothering them, they’re not at all understanding and almost ‘sloppy’. When the time comes to call them, they never respond, only by email (not easy to give our ideas for our future home when we can’t speak to them face to face). Terrible delays as well, in short I do not recommend this company at all, be careful.
