  I have worked with the Snell Group for the sale of a previous home, and my experience with them made me decide to use them again for purchasing a new house.   Update: AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ive added pictures not even half of what i have savedits gone into month three here and still barely a thing addressed/done. Ive lost all of the hair that took painstakingly long to fill in after my last mold exposure, my scalp is tender 60% of the time. I wake up every morning with a stuffy or running nose and sore throat that gets better away from this hell hole.

  Original post: Avoid this company at all costs if you value your mental and physical health. Very poor service. Ive had to call for over a month to get routine maintenance done (its still not even started), Ive had to start looking into human rights and legal actions for a broken unsafe stove, before the office would send maintenance. I called almost everyday for over a month (sometimes 3 times a day). Ive fought tooth and nail for over a week while starving to have the unsafe stove replaced so I could eat (I actually lost 20lbs from this but they refuse to believe i was starving or to compensate for when i broke down and used my utility money to order food so I didnt end up passing out) and fought tooth and nail for a month for pest control for an obvious problem, after being assured multiple times during viewing and lease signing that there was 24 hour pest control. On top of all of that Ive been gaslit by the office more then once.

  This unit is filthy and unfit for living in and it is putting my mental and physical health in jepordy, neither of which is taken seriously. Would not rent with them again. Would never ever recommend them to even my worst emeny….

  Very unprofessional company. I’ve been dealing with a bathtub that clogs weekly for over 6 months, instead of fixing the problem they just keep temporarily fixing it and now there is sewage gas escaping and they won’t move us into another apartment for safety. I have a small child and no one seems to care. Do not rent from these people.
