What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Very pleased with the service provided by lovely Zaina. She was very friendly and kind in helping me collect my order. Will definitely be returning to this store.

  2. Very rude sales assistant with the worst customer service skills refused my item to return. She told me to go to another store to return the item. So I guess it was returnable? Clearly they are not following the “return policy” of Argos and just trying to push their problems onto other people instead of dealing themselves. Very unprofessional.

  3. Very rude sales assistant with the worst customer service skills refused my item to return. She told me to go to another store to return the item. So I guess it was returnable? Clearly they are not following the “return policy” of Argos and just trying to push their problems onto other people instead of dealing themselves. Very unprofessional. Miraz being the team manager of the branch and zaina (sales Assistant) Zaina needs better training, and a change in her attitude.

Whitechapel Argos inside the sainsburys branch has better customer service then this branch on whitechapel road

  4. Went there Wednesday evening. One of the Asian lady with glasses was very rude & arrogant. I don’t know whether she had a bad day or something but the way she talks is disrespectful . The attitude she’s showing is like she owes ARGOS. £50/60 won’t gonna make any difference to anyone’s life but if argos hired this type of employees definitely you will lose business. Lack of knowledge of the products & rules top of that aggressive attitude.

  5. Came here to pick up some beats. Very careless with the items during pick up. Came back to get a replacement because it was damaged and the sales assistant put through a return without saying anything even though I had asked for a replacement.

I’ll keep it short. They lied to me about being able to give me my product back after accidentally putting through a return. They kept ignoring what I was saying and continued to tell me the same thing. The sales assistant he was very aggressive in his demeanour slamming my items to read a barcode and in his tone of voice. Terrible customer service don’t pick anything up from here or buy here.
