3 years agoClean. Wide aisles. Organized. This place is right next door to Costco, and it’s full of items and products for the holidays. It’s a nice place to shop.4 months agoWorking here was awful. Shout out to that one employee Mercedes who never adhered to any sps protocols and always made me feel bad about not being useful as an sps. Maybe take that pretentious attitude elsewhere. Customers here are ghetto and would always steal without caring.6 months agoBeen to 3 locations on the fly this month to do a quick return. 3 locations because the return attempts were bleak. Plan on being there a good 1/2 hour. The stores are not organized and short on employees. I suppose the security guard posted at the front door is for your safety against intrusion because they never leave that area.2 months agoShop early to find the best Treasures specially on weekends lol. 3 months agoThis place is usually pretty messy and the lines have always been super long when I’ve gone. You can usually find some good deals if you take the time to look and dig. Staff is somewhat friendly they definitely judge people by their appearance and will make you feel like you’re being watch closely due to all the recent theft at stores like these.a month agoWe went in real quick and it was pretty busy for a Tuesday evening. So many great stuff & priced reasonably. Cashier was super friendly which is nice these days.5 months agoIf you’re willing to put up with Little Mexico, go on down. They never have enough cashiers, ever. Was able to find things I needed, after waiting in line in the returns line, no idea why there are 3 cashiers for returns and 3 for purchases. The line for purchase? Easily 50 people. Wait time would have been 30 minutes …. to check out. Um. No. No one was speaking English, unless you asked an employee for help….if you could find one. Security was the only one I could ask.Less is more.
I was able to buy the sweatpants for family…. made in the USA…. on Amazon for $2 more a pair and have them delivered the next day.
If you’re going to run a brick and mortar….. have competent staff and enough of them. ROSS never does.
Yes…. there could be a line….. but this place needs to understand if I can’t get in and out quickly…. no thank you.
2 months agoI usually don’t go to this Ross but I keep forgetting that this location is bigger than the ones on Bristol St and Harbor Blvd. Bigger chances to find what I’m looking fo. So, I’ll give it a 4 star. ⭐5 years agoThey have a variety of great and low priced stuff. The staff is friendly and helpful. The line is long for check out but it’s the same as any other Ross honestly.

I usually go looking for one item and come out with a cart full of items for the house, shoes and tins of clothes. The deals are irresistible. This is a busy store so expect some lines but they usually go fast.
The clothing sizes were mixed up and clothing on racks tangled up… Not anywhere to try on shoes & they ended up too big for 7 1/2’s. LS shirt’s mixed in with sweaters…
Jesus and the lady at the dressing room on June 3 at 4-6 pm were very helpful to me because of my disability and it was greatly appreciated
Bad experience at Ross store on 3900 S Bristol St in Santa Ana. The clerk (818858) made a mistake, and she ended up charged my cc twice without explaining the reason until I pressed her for it. Now I have to wait for a refund from credit card company. It’d be OK if she admitted her mistake and explained the situation to the me, but she didn’t, not even an apology. Mistakes do happen and the people who make the mistake need to acknowledge that.
It has been a week now and still waiting for the refund.
Good experience, like the fact that you can make a return even when you don’t have your receipt 🧾. I honestly spent probably a couple thousand dollars a year at this and other surrounding Rosss stores.
If you choose to shop here, bring a chair, some food and water, and expect to wait in line for at least 20-25mins no matter what time or day you go. Completely understaffed all the time.
