Grace Warren went absolutely above and beyond for me. From the moment she reached out regarding potential roles, she remained consistent and professional throughout. She tailored to my search perfectly, and presented me with openings that fit my interests to a T. During my interview process (with what has now become the new company I work for), she checked in regularly, gave me incredible interview advice, answered any questions I had, and left no room for ambiguity. Within a matter of weeks working with Grace, I started a new role with a new company that has allowed me to take the next step in my career, a step I had previously convinced myself I’d never be capable of taking. Grace was a breath of fresh air and anyone would be lucky to work with her.

After working with this agency, I have made the decision to never work with them or any other agency again. Deceptive practices, will be nice to you until they feel like they don’t need to be and are completely dishonest. I interviewed for an accounting job. After countless applications and interviews during the course of 5 months, I was hopeful that with my lengthy background and good interviews, I would finally get an offer. The process dragged on for nearly a week.

First, I was told that they take a while to hire people but that they really liked me and that I was a “front runner”. I was then told that the primary hiring manager was out sick which I was completely unaware of. The recruiter Jillian seemed to have changed her story. She kept reassuring me that I was definitely a front runner and that they really liked me and other candidates were less qualified for the role. I have honestly been super depressed due to facing financial hardship. I tried to stay as optimistic as I could have and felt that I had a great rapport with the client and the recruiter. The process was taking longer than normal for a contract job. I’m also not certain why I interviewed with another person for only a half hour after an hour interview I had with the actual hiring manager. One person’s opinion was clearly better than the others and it had nothing to do with my experience and everything to do with what seemed to be a popularity contest. I have never had this much difficulty finding a job. Either I’m over-qualified or under-qualified. It’s always some kind of excuse and I’m starting to think that it is based on my employment gaps, my age, or other factors. Something just doesn’t add up.

After countless interviews and applications over the course of time, any normal person would start to become dejected and lose faith and hope but still try to trust that people play fair but people can be very deceptive and can also play favorites. For me, I think it was the latter. I have taken manual jobs to support myself so I don’t end up homeless and frankly, I don’t even care about my career anymore, this is about my survival.

It’s safe to say that anybody can hit their breaking point. This recruiter was incredibly insensitive and led me on. I wasted a week of my time holding onto hope that I was going to hopefully get hired and had faith that this agency was for the better good of their candidates but they aren’t. They just want to turn a profit and make their commission. I will never work with these people again. I will be taking the time to reevaluate what I will do with my career and my life, going forward. This has all taken a toll on my health. Please don’t respond to my review.

Applied for a position listed on Linkedin, and received a call about a day later from a recruiter named Owen Busser. He stated that I was a great match for the position and asked if I would give them confirmation to send my resume off as part of my additional interview process. I confirmed within three minutes and never heard back. I emailed Owen twice and called and left a voicemail once, and he never got back. Stay away if you don’t want to be ghosted.

From start to finish Sara Vallace and her team over at Workbridge were outstanding.

I think most people would agree that looking for a new job can be a stressful time, especially if you don’t have any support but I can honestly say when Workbridge got in touch with me I felt much more secure about my situation. They got me hired with a great company with a really good salary in almost no time.

Most recruiters I had been in contact with felt impersonal and driven only by money but Sara and her team at Workbridge genuinely made me feel like an individual who they wanted to see not only find a job with the most compensation but also the one that fit me the best.

They really changed my perspective on technical recruiters on the whole. I wish them the best in the future!

My experiences with Workbridge is amazing. I work with Felipe and his teammate Conor and Gayle. Felipe Initially contact me on LinkedIn and invited me to their office to get know more about what I am looking. After that, I received several decent interviews in the following weeks. Felipe and Connor also provide a lot of good advice and feedback on each interview, those tips they gave really helped me with my interview preparation. Eventually, Felipe’s team landed me a great job that fit exactly what I want. In additional, Felipe also negotiated a very competitive salary for me. Really happy with the result, if I ever need to find a new position, I will definitely work with them again.

I highly recommend Workbridge to those who are actively searching for new jobs.

I am glad that I got connected with Jobspring Partners when I was looking for a Job change, last year around this time. They fully understood my dream-job-requirements and worked with me accordingly. I was very impressed with the efficient way Matt Rogers and his team handled my time when I met them the very first time.

I truly enjoyed working with Jobspring Partners during the process of finding my dream job. They helped me finding the best job that aligned very well with my experience and interest.

I worked with few recruiters in Boston area in the past. Jobspring Partners is certainly the best of all recruiters that I have ever worked with. I truly enjoyed working with Matt Rogers and his team. They showed “great professionalism” during the complete process. Having Jobspring Partners in my connections, I can say, my search for a good recruiter when I need to change/find a job “is over”.
