This company was great, very professional and had our radon levels well below the limit in a matter of days. We bought a new home and thankfully got a radon test. The levels were double what the EPA recommends and so we had a mitigation system installed. We will recommend these people in the future!

Jose and his team did an amazing job fixing our sewage pipe. They were communicative and finished the project in a timely manner. Jose also went above and beyond to save my favorite little tree that was sitting right above the area of interest. Not only did he save it but replanted it for me. Great service. Would highly recommend.

We’re incredibly happy with the service provided, from quote to installation to inspection. Shoutout to Sol for putting up with my 1M questions during the quote phase. Sol spent 45 minutes with me surveying the exterior of the house and then navigating the basement, trying to determine an effective placement of a radon mitigation system that would be both aesthetically pleasing from the outside and easily accessible/maintainable. I’m sure we could have been done sooner, but I peppered Sol with ideas and appreciate his patience with me. Ashley at the Office was a breeze to work with in terms of scheduling, the installer (I should have grabbed his name) was a diligent and courteous worker, and Sol was efficient at close. Environmental Works has earned my trust to such an extent that I plan to reach out to them again to proactively address other issues/projects with the house.

From the initial estimate to project completion, this company was a pleasure to work with. I was really happy with the detailed estimate and options Mark put together. Mark also answered all my questions, both during the initial estimate and some that I thought of later. The mitigation install went very smoothly. Drew and KT were prompt to arrive as scheduled, and answered my questions about the installation steps. They were even able adapt my considerations for placement into the install perfectly. Thank you again, Mark, Drew, and KT.

Generally I felt they did a good job. I had them replace the sewer line through my basement and connect to a new stub at the street. Their bid was not the least or most expensive and I wanted to work with them because they presented themselves professionally and were good at communication. The good: the job got done, there were no cost overruns, and communication between the team was pretty good. I always got quick responses from either the field team or those in the office. The bad: the project ran a couple of weeks longer than expected, saw-cutting in the basement was pretty sloppy, and I had to have them come back to correct some things that didn’t look right to me. One thing I did find a bit disappointing was after marking up their contract to ensure I was left with quality topsoil where they disturbed the yard, I discovered they had buried part of the sidewalk they removed right where I needed to plant a tree. I debated confronting them with this and decided it was easier to fix the problem myself. I paid them in full anyway.

We have had a possible moisture and mold issue that could not be figured out after bringing out 4 other vendors over the last few months. Chris from Alpha Environmental came to our home and was able to give us peace of mind and show us where the likely source of the moisture was and that there was no mold! He was incredibly thorough and professional. He also took time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. I definitely recommend Alpha Environmental.

We used Alpha for a tank locate for a home inspection. The previous home owners used a different service 4 years ago and had a receipt that said a tank could not be found. To be safe, we ordered our own tank locate. Alpha was able to find the tank that the other company couldn’t find. Really appreciated finding that during our due diligence.

Aloha was great and I loved the following 3 things.

Communication- Thorough, efficient, and answered all of our questions

Quick response We were purchasing a property and they fit us in during our inspection duration so we could make our timeline..

Fair price Some companies will take advantage of you in a vulnerable situation but Alpha did a great job for a fair price in a tight timeline.

We are so pleased with Alpha Environmental Services! It was easy from the very start, excellent pricing, and very professional and skilled team! They were great communicators, on time and finished when they said they would, and they did a wonderful job with asbestos abatement, insulation removal, and clean up of the space. Highly recommend their services!

I cannot recommend this company more highly. My partner and I discovered a MASSIVE mold bloom in our bedroom behind some paneling. So gross! After getting the runaround from another company (for 5 weeks, people! 5 WEEKS!) we found Alpha Environmental. They came out to check out our situation in 2 business days, and they were back the following week for removal. Their bid also came in $1k / 20% cheaper than the other company, and they removed well over twice as much space and material. Cleanup was excellent, team was kind, from business staff to removal crew. I hope to never have this issue again, but if I do, I know who to call. Thank you Victor, Tyler, Dame, and the rest of the team!!

PS IF YOU ARE HUNTING AND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO – PLEASE TAKE IT FROM ME – DO NOT CALL ALLIANCE ENVIRONMENTAL. RUN – DO NOT WALK – AWAY. They basically act as middle people scheduling third-party contractors (which they can’t even seem to do) and marking up the price in the meantime.
