  Alexis at WCEP was incredibly helpful when we had a last-minute rental need for our wedding in October. Three weeks before the wedding, we realized our florist didn’t provide the risers we needed for our ceremony area, and our coordinator recommended checking out WCEP. We put in a request to rent two large wood risers, and Alexis personally walked through the warehouse to make sure they were in stock and available the weekend we needed. We paid around $140 for a full weekend rental (Friday-Monday), which sure beat having to make these from scratch last minute. This was also one of the few rental places that didn’t have a minimum for an event, which was especially helpful given our specific last-minute need. Thank you!!

  20/10 would recommend using WCEP for either a large or small event. We used them through our wedding planner for our wedding and also have been using them for smaller events we have hosted at our home – chairs, tables, etc. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal and we had the owner, in addition to one of the warehouse staff members, Forty, come to the rescue (on a weekend) to ensure that we had everything we needed for our event. Thank you so much to the WCEP team and look forward to continue to use them!

  The team over at WCEP was amazing. They showed up earlier than we expected which was great for us! They set up the tent in a decent amount of time and the workers were very friendly and went over and above to make sure the tent was in exactly the place that I wanted it. The clear tent that we rented absolutely made the event and helped bring my vision to life. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for event rentals.

  This has been a job I have kept because of the people I work with and the different jobs we do. They are different everyday, fun and other staff are a welcoming team to a diverse work force we have. The guest we see are what make this a fun place to work at and provide support to making there night one to remember is a very rewarding moment for myself. Management is very attentive to ways to improve and very flexible with scheduling and understanding. It’s a pleasure to work here and I enjoy my work for once in my life.. thank you coast to coast!!

  Horrible. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I overdid it a bit my first day and my leg muscles were like rubber so I rested them a couple days and I was fine. I told my supervisor who is the subject of other rather unsavory reviews here that I was fine, no problem to work at all. He had me do like five different things that day and eventually ended up at the entrance gate furthest away from the fair. I was supposed to check bags coming in to the venue. The supervisor never coached me on how to do this like he was supposed to do nor did he coach me on anything else. I was supposed to get off at 11 but was stuck at that gate without a clue what was going on until midnight. Ok, maybe he’ll be more organized tomorrow. Not. This same scenario played itself out two more times. This was after my supervisor made a point to tell me he didn’t leave work until all of his people were on their way home. Twice I came to find out he left me there not knowing a thing about what is going on. I guess that meant I wasn’t one of his people. Big deal. I don’t think I’d want to be one of his people. Anyway after being left out in the cold three times in four days I decided enough is enough. I won’t work for an outfit that is as unorganized, unprofessional unethical as this outfit is. Almost a joke.

  Worked for Coast To Coast for many many years now. I love it. I get paid to be at events other pay to go to. I get to greet guests with a smile and then wish them a good evening as they leave. I get to assist in creating memories that last a lifetime.

  Worked an 8 hour shift at the Moda Center the bald supervisor guy at the end of the day said to go on home and he’ll sign me out and I thought great no problem…. There was a PROBLEM NEVER GOT PAID!!! Nope I’m told I never worked that shift I didn’t sign in or out A LIE I SIGNED IN HE TOLD ME DONT WORRY ABOUT SIGNING OUT!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION FOR WHAT THEY DID TO ME!!! And this was years ago…… highly recommend not working for them if you like to be treated like a human being and paid for your work and time go somewhere else.

  Worked for c2c a few years ago. Horrible place to work for. They forgot about a few of us working Dr. Jack’s, they put me in a parking lot at 11pm with no radio at the moda center. If you declined a shift They would call you to make you work.
