    I had my accident back in 2014, and I came to Ginarte because of my sister’s insistence… I guess that jingle on the Spanish commercials really works. 🙂 Haha. And honestly the rest history. I’m so happy that I walked into this office 7+ years ago. My lawyer Brad Lawrence & his paralegal team Jazmin & Daniela have been with me through every step of this arduous and long process, holding my hand and keeping me abreast of every change & adjustment. Do not be deterred by the amount of my time my case took, every case is different and I had a whole pandemic slow down my process. Just know that you can put your trust on this law firm; they’re for the community and treat their clients like family. I want to personally thank Joe Ginarte, (I hope he sees this review), for having me come in to meet him at the early onset of my case and showing me that just because you’re the big boss, doesn’t mean you’re not in touch with every case that comes through your door!     It started so good with the first paralegal … until suddenly they changed her … she doesn’t follow up with doctor notes… she never calls if you get approved or rejected for therapy .. today I had my hearing and the lawyer did not even have the right dates or the full doctors list that I been too … although I emailed it to paralegal and spoke with her on the phone and reemailed it to her and texted her asking if she received them. Shame! been out of work for almost a year and I get nothing not even a dollar. The lawyers need to have organized information which the paralegal should have collected the info from doctors but no she is too busy to even call doctors for notes. And when I asked for the previous paralegal back I never got it.
