    We received a text giving us the date, time, and name of the tech that was scheduled to arrive. The process was great because they kept us in the loop all along the way

    The tech named Art arrived before his scheduled time which was fantastic. Art was very friendly and professional

    The work was completed and they provided details all along the way

    They removed the old water heater, cleaned up the area and improved the aesthetic with the tank-less option

  2. Very impressed by this company. Installed my Bradford White Water Heater in less than one hour and did quality work. Excellent customer service & professionalism put Water Heater Warehouse at the top of my list for anything plumbing related. I highly recommend getting a quote at the very least. They weren’t the cheapest but for quality work, it’s worth every penny!

  3. Chris was fast responding on my inquiry on yelp. Very reasonable price on the water heater. He worked with me on my last minutes schedule request. Great service!
    Josh and Art came on time! during their water heater installation time, they were professional and answered all my questions. They even cleaned up the dust on the floor before they leave. They checked all the points and explained in detail what to do for trouble shooting. I had great experience with them.

  4. Our shower was leaking and causing the hard wood floor to swell.
    We called water heater warehouse and they sent out their tech Eddie. Our apt time was from 2-4pm, however, he arrived earlier than expected at 1:00pm which is great.

    Eddie identified the problem, switched our the cartridge and handle, cleaned up the excess moisture in the wall

    Now we no longer have a leak and our shower is working perfectly

    We are extremely happy with the service we received from Water Heater Warehouse

    We will be calling them again

  5. Firstly, their pricing was very reasonable. Their bid of the tankless water heater INCLUDING install by a certified and licensed plumber was lower than some of the other plumbing companies’ INSTALLATION ONLY bids! When I was ready to schedule them, they were able to come the next day. Our Installation team of TIto and Danny were great. They were professional and very detailed in their work. Tito took the time to show me how he was planning to run the plumbing/venting and showing me the possible cosmetic result of the plan. He patiently explained all my inquiries during their install. Lastly we tested and vented all the affected faucets to make sure there were no issues. I’m very happy with the whole process and their fair pricing. I would definitely use them again when my other 12 year old tankless water heater fails.

    As of this writing (Feb. 2023) I have had 2 jobs done by Graham Plumbing, and I’ve been satisfied with both. Joshua replaced one of our toilets. He quickly realized what the problem was with our existing toilet near the back of the house – we needed a new one that flushes more forcefully – and recommended just the right replacement. We haven’t had a problem with the new one since. One thing he did that other plumbers haven’t, was he applied caulking around the base of the toilet where it meets the floor. It’s little details like this that I notice, and it makes all the difference. The other job involved the plumbing under the kitchen sink. Ours was a mess. The pipes were old and rotting. The outgoing drain pipe was higher than the garbage disposal. The pipes were too close together for me to be able to reach anything to do any routine fixes myself. Chris removed all the old drain pipes and installed new ones that go in the direction they’re supposed to, and at a level below the garbage disposal. He looked at it, knew exactly what parts would be needed, and got the job done in a couple hours. The basket strainer in the sink needed to be replaced, and it was hard to find that part, but he made sure he found exactly the right one for this particular sink. And he made sure to communicate with me clearly everything he was doing, and why, in a courteous and friendly way. Next time I have a plumbing problem (and there’s always a next time) I expect to be calling Graham Plumbing again.

    Had a problem with my washer not draining properly. Julio came out and was not only on time but reached out prior to provide ETAs as well.     Having previously used another highly rated company (COK) for a simple drain clog, I was left feeling as though not only did they overcharge, but they also tried to pressure me into two other expensive jobs I later found out would have been unnecessary and a waste of money. So when a new issue with the same kitchen drain arose last week, I steered clear of COK and discovered Graham Plumbing. I liked that they were a smaller company and family owned/operated, but was still expecting the worst. When Christopher and his apprentice showed up earlier than expected, I immediately appreciated the feeling of being the sole focus on their minds and not just the next appointment on their list of many to still get through. Super warm personalities and we hit it off immediately from the get go! Though I had only anticipated getting an estimate for the job, I was so taken by Christopher’s honest assessment of what really needed to be done, (which in his 20+ year professional opinion, did not include the expensive Hydro Jet job COK tried to push on me), I asked them to start work immediately. Though the job took on a couple of minor complications along the way , Christopher held his word on the original quote, despite having been most assuredly been warranted in charging a larger cost. I honestly felt treated as though he was more interested in taking care of me than overcharging for something I didn’t need. In this day and age of companies being judged by their on-line reviews, I felt super lucky to have found this plumbing company and without a doubt, they have won me more over as a loyal customer. Great job guys and thank you making me feel as a valued customer!

    I had an excellent experience with this company. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a Monday. Steven was prompt & professional, gave me a very reasonable estimate to install 2 toilets, shower heads & replace some valves. The work was scheduled & completed on Wednesday.
