  2. They did a big job at our house. From beginning to end, they were professional and friendly. Kept us informed of everything that was going on. When I had questions about some of the charges, they were quick to resolve it. They even raked the rocks, replaced/raked the mulch and swept our patio when they were done, to get back to its original condition before the job started. I highly recommend them for any job, I know I will be calling them for any future needs.

  3. Matthew Calhoun was our technician for an installation piece for our water heater. He was not only able to make the repair but he was also able to catch some errors that the previous person who worked on it did(from a different company). He was super friendly and professional. My husband and I are glad we had him be able to fix our heater and happy with the company as well.

  4. I will recommend PPH to anyone and everyone. We had to have A LOT of plumbing work done. I’ve honestly have never worked with a company that was so kind, respectable, thorough, and honest. Highly recommend them for any work you might need! Straight from the start they told me that they may be a higher price but that they value quality. They are worth every penny. I wouldn’t even look elsewhere. We’ve contacted them for help with multiple projects since then and every employee we’ve worked with is the same: respectful, kind, honest and thorough.   5. My furnace is malfunctioning; it’s nearly inaccessible in the attic. Despite this, Robert Lopez delivered exemplary customer service by lighting the pilot light that keeps going out. He composed 4 solutions & really explained them to me. I never felt pressured. Kudos also to the excellent office staff for calling me right away & squeezing me in before the holiday.     In late November we had a complete failure of our heat pump that powered our in floor radiant heat delivery system, leaving us without heat. We live remotely and finding a reliable company for the replacement system and future service was very important to us. Flow Right PHI was recommended to us by a friend. We contacted them and within a couple days Patrick Blackwell made the trek to our place, assessed the home and requirements for a new boiler system. Less than 24 hours later we had a proposal. He then was able to quickly schedule us for the installation two days later, understanding that we needed heat during this cold season. Within a 4 day period the new system was complete and we are very happy with the quality of product, the installation crew consisting of Gage Gipson and Brendan Sandoval with oversight by Patrick. We would highly recommend Flow Right and their team of experts.

    I was having a water flow issue in my home that was so severe that my family was unable to bathe or run the washing machine. I called 6 plumbers and only one returned my call. Flow Right. The technician (David) showed he cared by placing covers (booties) on his feet and got right to work. He instantly found the problem and fixed the problem.     Finding a sewage backup in the basement at 12:30 in the morning is not a great experience. Johnny and his crew were able to quickly clear the clog. Then we discovered that the sewer line connecting to the main had cracks, breaks, and holes. They were able to repair it in 3 days and kept it in budget. They were kind, courteous, and respectful.     Everyone was absolutely amazing! Thank you Clay and John for being so nice and easy to work with! The dispatcher, I think her name was Mary, is such a sweetheart! They got us scheduled as quick as they could and came the next day and fixed our leak issues! Also taught us some pointers for our toilet! I cannot thank you all enough!
