  1. This was a condition prepaid in agreement to purchase my house. The job was to fix a bellied pipe. My experience was this. Two days digging my back yard they cut the wrong pipe ( then repaired it) then disappeared without communication. I tracked them down and got them back to finish the job a week later. Then they put a hole in my new hot tub, killed two trees, used and dragged my hose through the mud, broke my fence and buried my new sprinkler system that was just put in over the next two weeks. The workers and office were polite, but clearly overbooked and it left a mess. The pipe is fixed. The hot tub replaced, I fixed my own fence planks, and my yard is a mud pit. They offered to seed the yard but it’s winter and it won’t grow. This process was a hot mess from the beginning. I will not be using them for any future services.

  2. Update6/9/22

    I feel it is necessary to update other consumers about the long term quality of work done. I had a sink basin with water in it. When I went to drain it today I heard water rushing and was curious as to why. To my shock and dismay I looked at the work done and realized the plumber did work I did not ask him to do and didn’t do it correctly. I now have missing gaskets and shortened pipes that all leak when put under pressure with an aerosol can holding my drain up. Shocked a “professional” would perform such poor quality work. I only had a clogged drain which did not require any replacement or altering of my pipes and now I get to replace all of my drain pipes. As a consumer I could not in good conscious continue to provide a positive review and will be fixing it myself. He did unclog my drain, which I paid him to do. I did not however ask for my pipes to be replaced incorrectly only to leak causing additional problems. I did not update this review seeking a response from the business but to educate consumers on the type of work that was done and the experience hope my review can help someone make an informed decision when choosing a plumber and going with a “professional” for peace of mind it was “done right”.

    Jeff was absolutely amazing. He was informative and did great work. He took care to ensure errors from previous plumbers were corrected and my plumbing was correctly installed. He even took the time to explain what I may want to do myself to improve my plumbing overall. He also arrived same day as I called which was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend this business to anyone with home plumbing needs.

  4. I’m super happy with DoneRite Plumbing. I had them come out and take a look at my leaking water heater last week. It was unable to be repaired and needed to be replaced, but since it still worked, I waited to schedule the repair. Over the weekend I lost all hot water. I contacted them through their website and requested to schedule a time for them to come out and replace with a new water heater. They called me first thing Monday morning to schedule the appointment, and had someone out to me within the hour! They installed a new water heater in less than 2 hours. Everyone I have interacted with has been really friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend DoneRite Plumbing, and will for sure be using them for any future plumbing issues.

  5. Both my toilets were leaking from old gaskets and one needed all new parts inside the tank to resume flushing properly. It was not filling in the tank so Roger came same day and was excellent at his work. I highly recommend Done-Rite Plumbing!! Thank you so much!!

    Evergreen was able to send someone out to our rural home within about 6 hours of my call on a monday morning. The problem was diagnosed and parts were ordered that day, and within 24 hours our septic pump was working again. Joe did a great job presenting the options and explaining the recommendations, and saved us some money by enrolling us in a service program. He was courteous and did a great job, all appointments were on time, he called ahead to let us know he was on his way. All of this happened the week before Christmas and allowed us to have guests we wouldn’t have been able to accommodate without the repair.

    Matt and the other technician was very attentive. They had to crawl under my mobile home to repair a sewer pipe and was very thorough.     We were very happy with the service we received from this company. We had clogged pipes in our laundry room (dog hair) and Shane, our service tech, was wonderful. It took him hours to get the clog due to the configuration of our pipes. He was very professional, never complained and we enjoyed our time with him.     The tech performed a quick service on my old bathtub drain. The tech was professional and communicated well. When I scheduled my service they did would not provide an estimated cost of service until the tech arrived. Be aware of this as it’s difficult to plan ahead with the cost or compare services
