Seemed pretty pricey and I wish I’d thought to have compare companies before agreeing to the work. Logan was awesome…. very complete, methodical to tackling my drain issue, meticulous in the work to clear out my drain. He took his time and made sure it was complete and cleaned out my drain pipes completely! He was patient and answered all my questions. I felt he was transparent and honest in his work and even showed me and explained to me all that he was doing as well as taking to all the camera images. Great job and will surely be contacting EZ Flow again when plumbing needs arise.
Ben and Jessie were great! They were on time, very friendly and communicated the drain issue and solutions well. My drain was fixed it about an hour and they also took the time to go over quotes for replacing my water heater that is near the end of its life. It was very easy to schedule the appointment via the website and I appreciated that they email and text a picture/bio of the technician prior to your appointment. I highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing!
Best trade service company I’ve ever called on. These people are genuinely interested in providing excellent customer service which I’ve found to be extremely rare. The character of the employed is almost always a direct reflection of the company that employs them and in this case I had several top notch engineers visit and assess the situation at my house which says a lot about EZ Flow.
