2 months agoI enjoyed my experience and appreciated the great service. I’m a dine-in kinda guy and I usually regret when I do when I comes to fast food joint’s, however the atmosphere at this location was wonderful. The staff was cheerful, Michael Jackson was jamming on the stereo and every table was spotless. A homeless man walked in to use the restroom and attempted to steal a cup of soda but was immediately intercepted by a customer who offered to buy him a meal. I believe the wonderful energy dished out by the staff along with staff keeping this establishment spotless lead to that great deed.4 weeks agoFresh! Wings had a nice flavor2 months agoDrive thru worker showed a bad personality. Very rude. Seemed like it was a bother for her to be there and we felt rushed.The spicy chicken sandwiches were like bricks and tasted like they were dipped in cold frying oil.I remember when KFC was good. Memories.
2 weeks agoI was craving a chicken sandwich and was down the street from KFC. There isn’t one close to me so I don’t eat it often. But I was really let down with the spicy chicken sandwich. The only thing that made it spicy was the sauce which wasn’t that great and the chicken was really dry. I was really surprised that KFC was a let down. Raising Canes here I come3 months agoHaven’t been here in years but I decided to go for a bowl and of course the chicken was all burnt. No wonder why your locations are getting replaced with other restaurants because you don’t even try to be good anymore. Cashier was also rude.

a month agoThis KFC was clean and the service was cheerful. There was no wait and the staff stayed true to the term ‘fast food’. My food was ready quick. The order was exactly right, even with changes, and it was still hot when I got it home. Chicken done right!2 weeks agoI went because of the good chicken but they messed up my order give me extra crispy chicken it was mostly crust they said the will save my name so a couple days later i go back maybe 4or 5 they say so that it’s to late what the what is that 🤔a year agoI waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered the 16 piece meal original . When I got to the window I paid $43.00 and was asked to park and wait another 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I had to go In and get the meal. When I got home I noticed they gave me xtra crispy chicken which I didn’t order4 months agoCustomer service on point food amazing I forgot pictures cuz I ate so fast. The mac and cheese new chicken nugget ball damn that mac and cheese is really good that nuggets are way better than I thought maybe you could actually taste the KFC original recipe of flavor they were really really good the bow was amazing got to go back and have another one in the price point is on point they give you a lot of mac and cheese for that five bucks you would have Popeye’s and pay $6 and get like one scoop half of what they give you but Popeye’s have better mac and cheese but this is damn good mac and cheese too so yeahin the last weekI waited 30 minutes for a 20$ fill-up because the chicken wasn’t ready🤷. I waited, it was good

She told me no, until I threatened to get the Police involved. This shift lead needs retraining, compared to my last visit with Sandra. To many kids working with no experience..
I ordered 8 pcs chicken bucket online chicken was greasy and old it seemed like had been sitting under the light all day. I had the same experience at the store on east Trop. I can’t give a rating for service since I just picked up my order but she was nice and greeted me with a smile. Most likely the last time I l will ordering from KFC
Didn’t give us napkins, butter for our biscuits. They just didn’t seem friendly at all. The coleslaw didn’t taste good, the chicken was really fatty, most of my meal was tossed in the trash. The pot pie my sister got was good, but when we got home her stomach was hurting, she was in a lot of pain. I am visiting from Olympia Washington, to see my mom in the ICU at the hospital. When I come back to visit my family again I won’t be going back to this KFC again.
Very clean! No problem parking. Good service. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to enjoy what I ordered, as much as I did. I would buy the same meal, again; fried chicken meal (original) with mashed potatoes, corn, and mac n’ cheese. Very yummy!
There’s always an issue at this kfc. The employees are lazy. They constantly won’t allow you to order in drive thru and they make you come in because of their lack of work ethic. I love kfc and the brand but this location is ruining it.
