2 weeks agoWent through the drive thru ordered a 3 piece tenders and three piece original. Didn’t have fries ready. Got home, the 3 piece tenders was a 2 piece original. Called the store which rep told to come back to get. Manager ask for the 2 piece, wasn’t told to bring and the Manager made a big issue over it! First I was inconvenienced with the order being WRONG! Then inconvenienced to drive back to the store to get the correct order that should have been given to me from the get go! Yet you want to make a big deal over two pieces of chicken you will through out? I’ll bring in tomorrow. Along with the strips for a refund! The manager refused to give my receipt back! Unbelievable!!!2 weeks agoI went through the drive up window and ordered two 2 piece meals and told them I wanted two sides. They told me I couldn’t have two sides, I would need to order a three piece meal or only get one side. I’ve ordered that too many times with no problem to believe that is true. They wouldn’t even give the option of ordering an extra side with my meal. It was take it or leave it. I left it and went to Bojangles and ordered what I wanted without a hassle.a week agoThe staff was friendly. The food was amazing. The manager on duty was great to her employees and guest. She cares about her employees and guest. My family and I had a wonderful lunch today.a month agoBy the far the worst kfc I’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service. I could hear the guy on the com in the drive through screaming at an old lady behind me cause they were out of something. They have the front doors always locked so no one can go inside. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes to order there was only 3 people in front of me.. always out of everything. Food was gross. Really disappointed because I love kfc. They need to fire everyone in there and get all new staff. If I could give 0 stars I would.in the last weekSlow service, so not good if you’re in a rush. Order is rarely incorrect. Food is average for fast food.

2 months agoWe got the new fill-up box. Quick and easy pick up for lunch or dinner. In the box were 4 pieces of chicken 1 thigh 1, breast 1 wing 1 leg, popcorn chicken bites, fries, and 4 biscuits and 4-5 different sauces all placed neatly in this flat box. It was GOOD.a month agoExcited to learn that KFC offers military discounts. Always great to save money! And this is not even a new occurrence….fortunately, I’ve only been a few times for family members.3 months agoWorst KFC ever. I remember not liking KFC anyway but one fine night I decided I am craving for fried chicken and decided to go to this KFC for a bucket. I preordered from the app for drive-thru pickup. I pull up at the pickup window and they say that they will need 35mins to make my order. It was 10pm and I didn’t want to wait that long. It was a $15 order so I said can you just give me whatever you have? Like nuggets or anything? They refused and said we can’t change orders and can’t give you anything. And asked me to cancel my order on the app. I was like ‘why can’t you cancel it’? There response was ‘we can’t’ and gave me a number to call. I was like WTH! I mean first of all, at 10pm, you can’t feel someone who is hungry with some food? I was sooo surprised with the incompetence. If they didn’t have my food available.. they should’ve just called me to let me know. I placed an order at 9:30 and got there at 10pm to pickup. They didn’t get it ready and at 10pm told me that they will need 30mins to get it ready. What were you doing after you received my order? Waiting for me to show up just so that you can deny me service on my face? Argh! KFC sucks. Will never go there again. Go to Wendy’s and get chicken nuggets instead!a week agoIs a good restaurant to eat in they closed a kfc not too far from there it’s good to see that this company tries to keep the people from the closed store in there system3 months agoBeen coming to this location for years. Last time I was here the chicken was greasy and probably the smallest pieces I’ve ever seen Went back today to give them a try 4:45 pm and they have absolutely no chicken at all will never go back again.

Ordered Door Dash. The restaurant left out several items in my bags. Tried calling the store 4 times, just kept ringing. So I go up there. The music was blasting, and only one employee was visible. She looked at us walking in and proceeded to walk into the office. She comes back out and giggles, asking, “Have you been helped?” Knowing damn well, she just saw us walk in. I tell her I’m missing food and she goes to get a manager. Manger was more pleasant. She knew exactly what we were missing; asked us if we wanted to wait 10 minutes for new ones. Overall, terrible employee customer service. The whole reason I ordered Doordash was so I didn’t have to drive in the bad weather after moving all day.
I don’t typically leave reviews for fast food chains but I had to come and leave 5 stars for this KFC. Y’all my food was so hot and fresh, I didn’t even leave the parking lot. I had a 2 piece , white meat extra crispy with a side of green beans. Everything in my box was fresh as if I had cooked it at home. I try not to eat fast food often but I had just left target and was craving fried chicken . The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly . Great customer service and great food . I went around lunch time and I’ll definitely be back !
Had a terrible experience next door at Wendy’s and left with getting any food. Came over to this KFC location and had a great experience. Very friendly person behind the counter that took our order. Our food came out very quickly as well. The chicken was cooked perfectly for my two piece meal and the biscuit was oh so fluffy. My son had a original chicken sandwich and ranked it third for fast food chicken sandwiches (1. Popeye’s, 2. CFA 3. KFC).
I love the announcement the cashier’s give to the clients over the drive-through speaker: “Thank you for returning to my KFC…” I think they it brings back the core value of KFC, which is to make people feel at home, valued, and with kindness, and ensuring that people leave the reataurant with a smile in their face and a happy stomach.
I like KFC but this particular branch has a bad customer service. Staff saw us at the counter waiting to be recognized and take our order. No one said we will be right with you. We left as the staff shown no interest in taking our order.
