Paid for the flowers bonquet used for registration , mentioned it we would like to take a day ago , but claim unable to make it. Fine , we take it next day at 9.15am , the registration is 9.45. Wth , waited until 9.40 , keep calling , not answer , no reply. Worst service at all. No next tiem for sure. Hope u learn how to respect the customer, if cant make it , do not take the money !!!! I needed to send a wreath to a friend in JB, and found their listing and decided to try their service. Their website was acting up so I called late at night (after 10 p.m.) and got someone to answer and assure me that the order could be processed over whatsapp/bank online, and to be sent the next day. I had been given the home address but when the flowers were sent, they were told that it should be sent to the morgue, which they did without me even having to ask. A photo was sent of the arrangements.
