  2. My husband had his phone stolen while we were on our honeymoon in Vegas. We found a Verizon store near us and called for assistance with a new phone. Lucky for us, Roger answered the call. When we walked into the store, he immediately knew us by name. The whole experience was the best we’ve ever had with Verizon. He had us up and running with a new phone in 20 minutes. He even provided assistance after we returned to North Dakota. AMAZING!!! Thank you, Roger!! You turned a not so great moment into a fantastic experience we will never forget!!

  3. I went into this store early on a Saturday morning. It was packed – 6 representatives all busy with customers. Ray, who had a trainee under his watch, entrusted the trainee to keep working with his customer (he did great) and came over to see what I needed.

    I needed accessories that a nearby Verizon store didn’t have available that I had visited yesterday for a new phone, including the liquid glass screen protector installed. Ray quickly did the work and went above and beyond by registering all the accessories with the appropriate companies for me. Ray provided the best customer service I’ve had in a Verizon store in quite some time. I hope his manager sees this and gives him a bonus or raise.

    2nd visit, upgraded my phone, got the essentials to go with it but 2 days later it died! Couldn’t open it! Waited over 40 minutes til the greeter (who had taken my phone to tinker with it.) He did get it open then, since it got busy, he said that he would show me what happened! More time, then as he went to the back room, he asked, “Why was I still there?” He’d forgotten that he was going to show me… More time passed…He apologizes and showed me how to handle that if it happens again. Hope my age and gray hair didn’t make me the one overlooked!

    When you switch over and you need something real quick…. this is the phone that you will get….I did 4 lines and getting these phones I only paid 54.00 and picked it up at the store and then went on line and bought the phone that I really wanted…. and that phone that verizon gave you put it away just incase your other phone breaks that’s your back up….. it’s paid for why not…..

    The employees were very nice. Handled a brain damage return for a 5g unit from an authorized retailer. Corporate needs to make this process easier… But their employees did well.

    Brett and his manager Melvin fixed the problem, I had called Verizon multiple times from store and not even the online-supervisor could do anything. Brett never dropped the ball, thank you. Story short: customer service couldn’t get into my account to return devise as we had one one too many, 2hrs later I started to feel frustrated like my Karen wanted to come out, but instead I went to ice-cream and I stayed supper pleasant. By the time I returned and eat my sushi instead… lol, boom problem solved, the return label 🏷️ was sent. Am free!!!!!!!!

    Management at this store contradicted everything I was told by customer service who told me to go to that store. After 2 hours on the phone, going into this store I was told they were wrong and dismissed after they only looked at the date of my account and didn’t try to hear my issue at all. It seems like people are more interested in sending you away than helping. I was told why I had a shipping label all which I have gone over repeatedly before I even showed up. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the place to go.z I’ll make sure I don’t use Verizon for anything ever.

    My husband felt so discriminated. I originally purchased an iPhone 13 pro max for him for pick up during his lunch hour. It was the last 13 pro max in Vegas. When he arrived, they told him he couldn’t get the phone because he had to have the card which was used to make the purchase present. We completely understood this & he acknowledged it was our fault. However, they told him to cancel the order and he would be able to purchase it in store. We did just that but the sales associate decided to help someone else & leave him waiting. My husband said the whole time he felt like they were looking at him weird, as if he was trying to do something sketchy which was definitely not the case. Since the sales associate moved to another client, he sold that exact same phone we had reserved. Completely rude & unprofessional.

    Awful customer service. Incompetent staff. Let me be clear, or more helpful for the canned response. Either the staff do not know how to answer questions or they are simply not knowledgeable. I do not blame the staff, in fact they were helpful with their inconsistent and limited responses. Whoever is training or managing the store appears to be the issue. There are many Verizon stores, I recommend going to a different one, it would be worth your time to avoid this store.
