Super slow action and unskilled in business, delaying other people’s time. Some service staff even skipped us to serve other people even we arrived and on the list earlier. The manager (a woman with long nails, did not get her name) was SO RUDE and nonchalant about all of my questions. I waited 1hr and 35min for support and she was extremely unapologetic the entire time. She had terrible customer service skills and pretty much said wait or leave. They were extremely understaffed, and instead of the manager helping out the specialists, she was replacing phone cases on the display wall. She provided them with NO support. It was the worst experience I’ve had. I was in there to switch carriers from T-Mobile, to Verizon and her attitude almost made Verizon lose a customer before I became one. However, Sam was GREAT with me and helped tremendously. He was the only reason I stayed and went through with the transaction. Customer service is terrible, so frustrating and unhelpful. Trying to upgrade my phone and somehow the upgrade “got stuck” in the Verizon system and cannot be fixed for 24 hours. Employee asked if I could come back the next day rather than offering to order and overnight the phone. Very frustrated that their system error has to become an inconvenience for me, and that the employer did not offer to help in any practical way.
By far the store with the worst customers! always making unreasonable demands, often lie to get their way, like wasting time with matters they could have handled on their own, rude/ no manners, many times abusive, high sense of entitlement, angry, penny pinching… the list goes on and on… The staff is usually pretty chill and friendly.
I went in with an issue for my phone that I needed a repair which should have been $29 with my insurance. They were trying to charge me $250. The manager Ceasar helped get it corrected. appreciate
Very helpful and kind people here! Was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a request that another location didn’t want to help me with.
I forgot his name, but we were advised to upgrade our Hotspot data device for a ridiculous price. l found out that we had been paying double for it after my previous advisor explained why is it not necessary. We now pay half of the price for 50GB of data which is more than enough for a household per month, plus we only use it on-the-go.
Won’t recommend anyone to get a device quotation here!
