  1. Worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to. They refuse to honor Verizon’s policies that are written in the website so that they don’t have to process lengthy transactions. Lazy, uneducated and rude. That’s after taking forever to actually even get to talk to someone because they’re too busy laughing amongst each other, to actually be bothered with helping customers waiting for assistance.

    I see less corporate stores around, being replaced by Authorized Retailers more than ever before, and I’m pretty sure the lack of professionalism and attitude here is a big part of that.

  2. I have 8 business accounts. i went to store 9 times but they couldn’t transfer my numbers to Verizon. when i go to store, store manager did not want to talk to me. After seeing me, he turned his back and went to another room talking on the phone.
    After 28 days I managed to transfer my numbers. Of course I was able to find and succeed the store-independent Verizon manager.

  3. Will not return to this Verizon location and will advise other customers to avoid this location as well. The associate was incredibly rude, condescending, and anything but helpful. Witnessed this with the customers ahead of me and personally experienced it when it was my turn to be seen. I’ve been a long standing customer through Verizon, but the lack of customer service/willingness to help kindly has me exploring other providers after nearly 15 years with Verizon.

    My husband and I would have left the store today with 2 Apple products and a hot spot- but instead we left without make a purchase.

  4. Stephen was the reason for my grand experience. After speaking with call center reps, I decided to go to the store. It was nice to hear what I needed versus what was wanted and helped me make my decision. Additionally, he told me about specifications I didn’t know about, as well as the future of technology as we know it for Samsung. I appreciate him taking the time and being entertaining as well.

  5. After 20 years of loyalty and paying insurance and 3 trips to the store we still do not have a phone and still not shipped per usps site! Interestingly we were told it would arrive the next day – no way to get help at the store they “sale” and customer service- they read from a script allow 3-5 days and when asked for a supervisor they can’t tell me any ones name but they’ll call back hhmmm 6 calls and 3 days and no call back! No accountability and no replacement phone and all they can tell me is you have to wait 3-5 days – we’re now working on a week -Jeff at the Cary store said you’ll have it the next day- business person said we can buy a new phone or call customer service he only sales (he already told us when we talked about buying a new phone they probably want call back!)- fabulous customer service- if and when we get the phone we know what we’ll be doing! Running as fast as we can

    UPDATE NOW A WEEK AND GUESS WHAT NO PHONE AND THE LINK BELOW DOESN’T WORK- Unreal there are no words – a week without a cell phone- the worst customer service but apparently normal after speaking with neighbors that have switched

    My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Tye. He made sure that we were aware of all the discounts & promotions available to us and recommended which ones he felt were the best option. He was very efficient and we were in and out with two new phones in less than an hour. He also took the time to show us the new features of the phones that we didn’t have on our old ones, and told us what the best options were for cases and chargers. We will definitely be visiting again!

    Very happy with my new phone! Nick helped me update my phone and get a free s23. He took the time to make sure my voice-mails from my mom were saved. These a precious memories to me as she has passed. Will 100% be coming to this location moving foward

    Very unprofessional. Told us we had the credit to upgrade but was denied to actually upgrade even though the current phones were paid off and the bill was in good standing. Never heard that before. Maybe the black manager and salesman had a problem with seeing a black guy and a white guy together who have been friends since childhood. Just saying they seemed uncomfortable. Went to another Verizon and was able to upgrade without an issue.

    I went in with my dad to get him set up with a prepaid account. Nick charged us $50 to set us up with a phone number and gave us a SIM card to put in the phone we had. Went home and the phone number he gave us wasn’t even valid. We even called Verizon and they told us he gave us a ghost number and they couldn’t help, so we went back to the store to get it sorted out and they guy working basically told us it was our fault and that he’d have Nick call us. Nick never called of course, so we were essentially scammed out of $50. Scam artists. Go to an actual Verizon store not this knock-off retailer.

    The staff was very friendly! Service is extremely slow. My daughter and I had to wait over an hour for assistance when we arrived at the store. We left the store and returned because the line was so long. When we returned to the store, the staff was extremely helpful! My daughter was able to obtain the Apple Watch she desired; in fact, we received the last one in stock at the store. The only drawback was the slow service.

    Words can not describe how much I loathe going out in public on busy weekends, and ironically enough I tried and failed to set up my new phone on a busy weekend. Not once, but twice I did have to go up to the store for assistance but everything was sorted out. Huge thanks to everyone in that store for being super kind and helpful!!! Even the lady they connected me with in tech support over the phone was extremely kind. We’ve all spent a fair amount of frustrating time in cell phone stores and this was by far my best experience! Points of advice to current and future customers…they do charge a small fee to help you transfer your data and set up a phone, but it was completely justified after seeing how long it took the phone and therefore the employee away from helping more people. The store is busy but the employees work as a team and get it done so be patient.

    They take time to help you, but there is always a very long wait. Assesories are expensive here. IMO they offer the best phone service in the Triangle. Never had an issue all over NC. Just got back from Phoenex and data was spotty, but so was T-mobile. Was in Cincinatti and service was great.

    5 people working at a very non urgent pace. 20 people waiting between 2-3 hours for service. This store is slow, this store is not very urgent when helping customers and their check in process is irrelevant because you will still have to wait hours on end. Representatives are worried too busy chatting with one another and not focused on the customers. I wanted a certain phone but after I waited hours to get it, by the time my name was called they were out of stock. Unorganized and very slow with customer service.

    Amazing service at this location. Check in process was easy I was told I had a long wait but I was able to leave to get lunch. Shania the specialist was amazing and helped me through everything getting my new phone. Tabitha the manager was also sooo helpful! They were fun and patient to work with! Thank you all for your help!
