  1. Most awkward experience I’ve ever had trying to spend money and add to my cell service. Went there on Tuesday lady was helpful and let us know that we can bring in old devices to save money. We come back a day or two later, lady is not there. Only one worker was visible but with a customer. Me and the girlfriend looked around a bit then as we were ready to come back another day two gentlemen came from the back. We tried explaining what we were looking for as we did our previous visit, but didn’t seem we were locking in any communication because the two gentlemen were talking amongst themselves right in front of us. A couple minutes had passed and still haven’t been helped, we were just sitting silently right in front of these two as they talked. So we just got up and left. Told them we’d be back, obviously we will not. Super rude and super awkward.

  2. Extremely helpful service in terms of reviewing my charges for efficiencies. It seems to me that their rates are a little higher than other carriers. But I have never had any trouble with their coverage of the country.

  3. Verizon is the best company to be with in My Opinion when it comes to communication services. Personally used to work with them and I love the company and the company they keep for now still an integral company.

  4. I had a broken camera issue on
    3-4-23. The sales lady told me that pixel 6 phone cameras always break and I should get buy iPhone! She scrolled through my phone for a few seconds and didn’t help or even direct me to a repair place. I found a place and they even knew I had a warranty!
    Your customer service stinks!

  5. This location is the worse! It feels 10000000% racist. The girl was not helpful at all, lied about multiple things that another location had previously done and said a week prior. She refused to be helpful and tossed my phone and said go to another location. Black curly oily hair with a bull nose ring on her face. I’m sorry I offended you by my skin color/ looks or made you feel insecure about yourself. Maybe stay home away from people if you can’t handle it. She said she’s been there 2 years and I’m shocked that she still has a job. I’m so tired of customer service based on what you look like! Your hired to serve not judge. Just do what your paid to do. I’m never ever rude to employees so I don’t feel it’s deserved

    I have a visual disability, the representative Sam Liu was so kind & understanding, he took as long as it takes to help me activate and get a plan. I am a retired physician and from my experience I can tell he is a good example for a Verizon employee and I highly recommend him a higher position in his career. It was frustrating process to get phone activated due to disability but he did everything to get the job done. He did everything despite not being able to activate with Verizon and helped me set up with total prepaid by Verizon which I originally came in for to get help with. For that, I experienced great service with Sam and highly recommend asking for him

    In search of answers and assistance with a vexing problem with my account, I stopped by this cellular retailer for any kind of advice–a Hail-Mary pass out of desperation. Two other locations I had visited, as well as the 800-number help line and the online site, were frustratingly of no help. To my surprise, an affable sales person named Moe promptly walked over to me to offer his assistance before I even sat down on a chair. He calmed me down and had me sit on a better chair. He quickly figured out the problem, and told me which number to call and where I should go to fix the problem. That same afternoon, the problem was solved. Moe was just amazing. I am giving Moe and this retailer the business on my next major cellular purchase. Thanks Moe!

    This particular Verizon has been my best experience ever between paying my bill, getting correct information when I ask questions and some of the nicest, genuine people who really care about what they do. I recommend this Verizon store to everyone in the Central Valley of California!

    I came in to pay a bill, and Francisco was able to provide me an excellent experience. Not only was he able to take my payment, he helped me set up auto pay to get more savings long term! Overall clean store and great reps.

    Well, I must say, I NEVER thought that I would give Verizon a bad review, but here it is…… I took my phone in for an issue (Internet), I was able to make call, and text, to leaving the store with a $400 paperweight, Now I CANT use my phone at all, they said they we’re going to fix it, and they made it so I CAN NO LONGER USE IT AT ALL! Customer Care for them, waste of time…. Asked them what they were going to do yo make this right, they answered with ” I’m not gonna say anything “

    One of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced… so rude!!!! Did not explain everything and act like you owe them something…. Was being helped by one person needed to wait for authorization got switched to another representative who then told us he could help us now because now he had to deal with us all we wanted to do was get off of a family plan on our own it took 2 hours and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the representative for Verizon helping us name was Leo stay away from him he is rude and talks down to people… And after we left the store two of the employees began to sit there and talk laugh and stare at us outside as we talked about how bad the service was….

    I love how when you send a picture of a piece of paper, the message will show pending the send for 10+ minutes even though I supposedly have 5G and live dead center in the middle of the city. Thanks Verizon!
