Went in here trying to het help with an upgrade. Was paying $190 for 4 lines on the old unlimited plan. Associate talked me into a $400 trade in on a new 5g account but said I had to do it on my phone on the website, not in the store (weird but he said it was easier). So I’m in the store, and the Verizon rep says buy it online? With one unlimited phone plan would be 200 bucks more. When I leave, I look at my next bill which jumps to over 700 dollars and a new monthly of $350. I called and they said they would cancel the upgrade/transaction and leave me on the old plan at my current $190 but would take 3 days to reflect. I wait 3 days, and it doesn’t reflect. I contact another rep and they say it can’t be done. This place is a scam do not come to this place.
The store is fine except I hate that there is NO pricing info displayed or tech specs or even the model numbers next to respective devices. I went in to look since I need to upgrade soon but you have to go into each device interface to find any info and half the time it’s extremely basic. It’s a waste of time trying to figure out which phone you’re even holding if you haven’t shopped in a couple of years.
The sales people were friendly and understood I was just browsing for a future purchase, so they didn’t bother me after they answered some basic questions. I appreciated not being harassed like some retailers do.
Horrible and mean customer service.
I will never use this location again for any of my phone needs.
Went in to pick up and order that I placed online because I had not received a confirmation for pick up. Was informed by the manager that they had a problem with processing my purchase which I was very understanding about. He recommended I call customer service to cancel my order and have it reprocessed as he was unable to do it from the store end.
We left and spent 2 hours on the phone with the customer service line who was not able to process the reorder for us to pick up the phone.. so we had them completely cancel the order and we returned to the store to do the upgrade in Person. When we arrived the first gentlemen was unable to register us ads his tablet was not working. Another gentleman arrived and we told him what we were there for. He told us there were 2 people in front of us which we were fine with and told him we would wait. H le stated that they were unable to help us as there agin were 2 people in front of us and they closed at 7. We left him know that we have been dealing with this upgrade issue for 2 hrs and that we needed to have this taken care of today. No apology from him and agai. He stated well there is 2 people ahead of you, we close at 7 and it takes 45 min to complete and upgrade I asked to speak to the manager who he stated had already left. I asked for him to call another location so that I can speak to a manager and her stated he could do that. I again asked for him to call a different location to have me speak to a manager and he said “well I am the key holder for the night and we can’t help you”. I told him that that was unacceptable as we were just in and dealing with this for 2 hrs now and that we would just cancel our service and go elsewhere. He literally shrugged he shoulder ‘s at he me and stated “I don’t care”.
We walked out went to Best Buy was taken care of my a lovely younf man who had us in and out in literally 15min.
Not sure where the other gentleman got 45 min from. I have never dealt with such lazy and rude individuals. I definitely do not recommend this location. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Best Buy to deal with your upgrades
A friend and I had a great experience at this store today. It was due to the exceptional service provided by Cody. He needs to be recognized for kindness, tech abilities, and most of all making not only us but several customers who were coming in the store feeling valued for being Verizon customers. Kudos to the management team for finding a talented team member!
