- Reviews:I was a minute away from paying and Aaron decided to curse. As a professional in a professional setting that should not have happened ever. Was informed that accessories like charger cable was not included with the phone. When I went to a different Verizon store, I was told it does. Just not the brick. He also said that I couldn’t charge the phone with the cable for more than 2 hours because it would cause the battery to become defective. I stopped in and Noah and the manager helped me get into a better plan, with internet! For only $18 more than my old plan! They answered all my questions and were very helpful! I had other commitments and didn’t know Verizon would be so slow. I went back later and again waited(this time only 30 minutes)to get my issue resolved which didn’t happen. Initially I bought screen protectors for the camera on my new phone. The sales rep sold me the wrong protectors and realized it after he couldn’t put them on the phone and refunded the amount. The thing is, I was refunded $2.10 instead of the $44 and change. - Reviews:The staff was busy helping customers with their purchases, but they still took time to approach us to answer a few questions. The place was well organized and tidy. They also have an order access wall outside to pick up orders after hours or whatever. I was having issues transferring my number from my old phone to my new phone at home so I decided to go to the store for assistance. I walked in with about 40 minutes before close there were two customers and four associates. The manager immediately rolled his eyes walking up to me. I explained the situation and with a heavy sigh he explained “considering they close soon and all associates were tied up I would need to complete my request online”. I left immediately. What terrible experience so far. Really thinking of dropping this carrier A week ago, I bought a IPhone 13 through Verizon and just yesterday the Bluetooth and WI-FI connection don’t work. So I went to the Appleton store to get it looked at and they determined it to be dead on arrival. So they said they would replace it free of charge being it’s only a week old. They told me they could not do it at the time cause they didn’t have any in stock. Was told to come back tomorrow and they will have one ready for me. Just went back today and they told me that they don’t have any in stock that color and they would charge me a restocking fee cause it’s not the same color. So was told again to come back again tomorrow. Best experience I have ever had with a Verizon location. They are willing to go the extra mile to save the most on our bill and will ensure your new phone is all set up and ready to go when leaving the store. If Jesus is working, he is definitely the guy you want helping you through issues with your phone or setting up a new one.
Great customer service! They go above &beyond to help. Jesus stayed past closing just to finish my phone! He was accommodating to both customers I saw while there. Very polite& knowledgeable. Defintely the store to go to with ANY questions -you won’t be disappointed!!
