  1. I stopped in on Christmas Eve. Everyone was super friendly. Maloree Golden assisted me. She was very kind and super knowledgeable about all the products and services available. She provided service with a smile; even though it was Christmas Eve, and I’m sure she wanted to be with her family. Thank you for your kindness!

  2. I went last week to upgrade. Hands down, the best experience I’ve had with their customer service. Dustin was very helpful, patient, and took care of me very well. I left with a smile, wonderful new Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra, and great experience. Another customer and I even talked in the parking lot about how great the employees and atmosphere was. Definitely recommend. Thank you Verizon for a welcoming service.

  3. If I could give this store 0 stars I absolutely would. I waited an hour to simply buy a new phone. Every worker was nice and semi-welcoming except the young girl who was supposed to help me. Reason for “0 stars” is they are somehow always out of stock or simply don’t have the item you want to purchase and the wait time on being provided help/service is simply too long. When the young girl finally was able to help me she was very stuck up and rude for no reason at all. She then told me in a snarky tone she couldn’t help me and that I would have to come back another day to purchase a new phone. Why? They had the phone I wanted in stock and the color! So why did I have to “come back another day” to purchase a new phone? I had everything I needed in order to do so. I didn’t catch her name but she looked like was the youngest worker there. Long dirtyish blonde hair working Thursday evening around 5pm. In general I am about over Verizon all together and their customer service. This was absolutely ridiculous.

    I went to this location on 1/14/23 and had a horrible experience. As I am use to the obvious disconnect between customer service corporate and the stores, I ask corporate to notate my account in detail about my problems with the iPhone 14 pro and the stated they did. I did not want to go in a store but they stated it was the best way to exchange phones. Also, customer support checked the location and confirmed they had a large quantity of the phones available before I went in. I was greeted by a male associate with short locs who assisted. When he saw it was a return it was obvious he became disinterested. He asked the problems and I gave a summary. I told him the account was noted in details. You can tell he didn’t want to pull up my account because he didn’t ask for my number to assist until much later. Finally they did swap the phone. I personally think it was another returned phone they gave me as the box was already open when they gave me the phone out of it and they kept the box the supposedly new phone came out of. Why would they do that and I am in the worry free guarantee?!! Also, he noticed my phone was having the exact same problem as the one before and him and the female manager said the one I got was their last one. I find that hard to believe. They just didn’t want to provide anymore of their inventory to me. I asked him to note the account that it was still having the problem. I bet he didn’t. I didn’t see him look at the account again. Also, I asked for his name because he didn’t have on a name tag. I was asking so I could reference he assisted me and refer to that he saw I was having the same problem. He said and I quote “it doesn’t matter. It’s not like corporate knows who I am in the store.” And yes, I still don’t know his name. However I do know about his upcoming video shoot. While he was supposedly assisting me, he was on his Bluetooth talking about his video shoot that he will be shooting in Jamaica Queens and all over NYC! There is no way I should know this, but I do because he was talking about it while on the work floor.

    This place is horrible. The customer service sucks and they do not have your order ready when specified. I literally stood waiting for my order while I watched whole conversations and product being put up!! I will NEVER be patronizing this location again and wish I knew the managers number. For all this money I’m spending a month on service I expected better😡.

    I came in a few months ago to activate a phone and wasn’t charged. When I went in today, I was told I’d have to pay $29.99. I was then offered to call a number to make the activation free. He said they started charging once the iPhone 14 came out but that was in September, not March when I received the service. Lack of consistency at this location. Seems as though they pick and choose which policies they want to follow.

    Very dissapointed. The rep told me all I had to pay was 135.00 per month. Never told me about an actuvation fee or any of the other charges they added. Also, there is no true 5g seevice. Was not told and I brought my own phone but did not receive the credit. Be careful if you go to this store.

    This Fayetteville GA location has been very impressive and exceptionally outstanding with customer service support to me, and yesterday was most adorable by Hannah. She walked up to me and did my soft reset in less than 90 seconds, after I had just signed in, it was a 20 minutes wait with 4 people in front of me in queue. To was very proficient and efficient, I was very impressed at her professionalism. She walked up to all customers waiting, to see how swiftly she can resolve their issues without waiting on available representatives to assist. Xavier and Destiny you guys are the best as well, you all have my visits to this store very successful, rewarding and memorable. Thanks for all you do. Great team work and employees here!👏👏👏

    Waiting in store for over an hour. About 6 or 7 associates. The waiting line shouldn’t have been as long and slow moving as it was. On the phone isn’t any better. Like the computers dictate the intelligence of the human in front of it. It’s a shame. Verizon can get away with the sham of a customer service department because they have the better reception. Sucking up folks money and giving half way product satisfaction. Shame on yall.

    After waiting an hour for a few tech questions & finally getting to reps desk a lady came up wanting to know how to connect watch with phone. Rep took the watch & I objected wanting customer to sign in as I had to do. The rep says she could help us both at the same time. Why wasn’t they doing 2 at a time before??? They kept coming from behind desk to talk with other reps. This was not the 1st time I had to walk out. I’m getting new phones & service somewhere else

    First associate rubbed me the wrong way. My sugar was low and instead of saying she didn’t know how to do something and asking for help. She just kept telling me “No you can’t do that”. I wanted to buy a new phone for my new husband. We went in with his account number and pin from Metro and his number. I wanted to add him to my 25yr old account. The manager did everything I wanted without a glich.

    Mostly Useless store. Unable to assist in the phone replacement. Also trying to call the store about another problem and their number is just the number for Verizon customer service. Except I need to ask if that store can help me. Other stores have direct numbers listed but this store barely does the minimum including not actually having a number to call for that store directly.
