She made sure that I was able to get my preteen son his first smart phone, with features like Google Family Link & Life 360, with features to keep him safe & me informed (and ask me for permission before he does anything). She really went above & beyond to put my mind at ease. Today 7/31/22, they are holding a school booking give away for students. My family and I just arrived to the the United States after spending 3 years over seas in Europe because we’re military. We were able to drive down the street to Verizon where we were welcomed in by Alexis she was awesome she helped us get service for all of our phones and was even able to upgrade my sons phone. She was knowledgeable and well versed in her job. May family and I would definitely recommend this Verizon store. She helped and guided us in the best way to fulfill our family’s needs. After receiving my first bill I had to spend hours on the phone with Verizon customer service trying to fix the issue. Ultimately, they only brought the price of the phone down a fraction of what was promisied. My ancient phone took over 3 hours to transfer over. Kane, (not sure how to spell his name) was amazing. He was kind, and made the 3.5 hours that I was there enjoyable. Went in with a laundry list of things needed to be fixed and Kenny was absolutely amazing in helping me out. He did an absolutely wonderful job getting my plans all setup and was overall awesome to work with!
Rosalina and Kenny are seriously the best I have EVER worked with. They set me and my wife up so fast. Rosalina has 5 years of experience and did not try to sell me things I did not need which I always appreciate. I went to another Verizon store and was VERY disappointed. I am so glad that I listened to my friend who told me to come to this location to finish activating my device and service with Verizon. If you are looking to switch to Verizon, which is the best in the nation, I suggest you don’t go anywhere else but this store!
The customer service was 10/10. They were very helpful and answered any questions I had for them today while getting my new phone. Amanda was spot on with her knowledge and helpfulness. If you need somewhere to get help with your phone with Verizon and live in Barberton/Akron, I’d definitely recommend this location for your needs.
Kenny and Amanda were awesome. I’m a techno illiterate and didn’t want to transfer my old phone myself. I returned to the store with both old and new phone and they setup and transferred all the files and pictures for me. We even had a few laughs in the process. Thanks guys.
Rose was great! Got us in super fast and made getting my new phone super easy. Definitely super sweet and really treated my mom and I with respect. 😊
