  1. I’m always hesitant to go to the store normally I pay online but on this case I had issues with my new phone. Well technically it was apps I had problems but, I was so lucky to meet this awesome employee here at this location. I’d like to give a awesome shout out to the gentleman that works here (Ricardo) very humble, patient, listens to the customer he does not over look at you as if he knows more and collect and go. This guy went above and beyond for me. I am truly thankful to have met him. Now this is what I call customer service a 101 kinda thing. He needs to be recognized with Verizon that they should keep a keen eye out in good employees like him. I’m not sucking up or anything this wasbthe 1st time I met him and he treated me awesome. Thank you Ricardo for your generous help. I hope you are rewarded with this company and value you as they should. Many people like you are overlooked at. If I was owner I’d take care of people like him. Very happy customer with her new samsung S22 Ultra. 😀

  2. I wasted a bunch of time trying to order phones online and kept getting an error, even customer service couldn’t help. Thankfully I came into this store and Laura got me taken care of, she was great. Thanks to her, my kids have some great presents for Christmas!

  3. BEWARE! No! No! I went in to upgrade my very outdated phone. They recommended an 11. They said my bill would increase by $5. I said, great! They offered a FREE iPad and iwatch. WOW! All I paid that day was $186- the taxes on the iPhone, iwatch and iPad. Well………….. when I received my bill, it increased nearly $200 – $4.70 for my iPhone 11, $79 for a new phone line for my iwatch, and $90 for a new line for my iPad. I RETURNED the items, they credited my card for the taxes for FREE items $110. My bill was still $170 higher. I have been on the phone with customer service trying to get this taken care for an hour. Customer service rep said this happens ALL THE TIME in stores. They just try to sell you stuff. Call customer service to verify what they are offering!

  4. With this being a new store I thought I was going to have a better experience. I came in to handle fraud on my account and none of the reps were unwilling to help me. They provided false information and half of the reps didn’t know anything about their products nor promotions. I would expect this from a indirect location but with this being corporate I was expecting better customer service. If you’re going to buy a phone great but if you’re needing help with anything else good luck. And I know they’re just things that is out of their control but I just wanted to be pointed in the right direction where I could be helped.

  5. Lesley was most helpful in transferring my dad and apps from my old Android cellular phone to my new iPhone! She was very professional and friendly! I am also hearing challenged, so she spoke so I could understand her. She was most patient with me!

    I am extremely disappointed on how this store handled my issue. Back in November 2021 I traded in 2 phones (iphone XR and Samsung Note) and I was suppose to receive device credit due to the promotion going on at that time. I waited 2 months and no credit was applied to my account. I advised the store and they kept telling me to wait because sometimes it takes a couple billing cycles to apply credit. Eventually I got tired of waiting and contacted the corporate email. After 6 months there Was Still no resolution on their behalf. I was never contacted by the District Manager and I had to be following up with the store manager for updates. Apparently they didn’t know what happened to the phones! I do not recommend this location your best bet is to go to the actual Verizon Store. I kept Verizon in the loop with the situation and they did the best they could to help me. I really hope this is not the way they manage all customer issues because it is not fair to us.

    We had amazing service from both Carlos and Rojollio at this store. The store doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but the the guys working there are helpful and just so nice! Carlos helped us well after closing time without a single moment of frustration that we were there so late. I highly recommend this store. Great team!

    Well besides all the confusion and frustration caused by management not knowing proper policy and correct way of providing incorrect promotion information, going behind our backs and changing our plans so we could qualify for the promotion and lying to our faces about several things should explain my rating. I’m a current business owner of three different companies I believe this rating is accurate and proper. To bad I couldn’t report them to BBB because they don’t even appear on the Better bussiness bureau. Now I know why.

    Excellent customer service from Mario! He helped us choose a better phone for me and helped transferred everything even though I didn’t remember my email! This guy will go above and beyond!
