  1. My boyfriend and I ordered a phone online at the Factoria location. We were told the phone had arrived. We went to pick it up when we got there at 6pm. they had a sign saying their hours changed from 7pm to 6pm. They felt to mentioned that on the phone call. Then we decided to go on Monday but we wanted to make sure that they were open to not waste time. The phone number from the store did not answer, we were transfer. The person on the phone assure us that the store was open. Mind you it was this past Monday around 11 am. it was not a holiday….So we head there and again the store had a sign that said they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. All of this would be fine and the hours online reflect it that or at least if the main corporate office could of tell us that instead of reassuring us it was open. We call the customer service and they told us that they were not aware that location was closed.

  2. Luis is amazing! He has a genuine customer service and people skills. We need more people like him in Verizon. Consider promoting him to store manager. Because of him, more people will consider Verizon over any other cell companies

    Slow, indifferent, bored. I was waiting for almost 1 hour to find out that from them that I need to make any data transfer myself, otherwise they will charge me $30 for it. I wish I would use that time to go to a different location.

    4/18 I start a new plan on Verizon’s website, I select the option to pick up in store. I arrive and am greeted with reluctance. I let the associate (Shawn) know I was there for a pick up and proceeded to give him my id(which had a punch in it) he spends about 30 minutes “setting me up” and texting on his phone, he then precedes to tell me he would have to call his manager due to the punch on the top corner of my ID. I totally understand and wait for another 30-40 minutes for him to come back and ask me some detailed questions. After answering he tells me he cannot serve me due to company policy, So I pull up my version welcome email and show him that he should be able to accept my I’d OR QR code(per Verizon). he then tells me he flagged my account told me I was acting suspicious and said they would not serve me. As an honest person with no criminal history I am absolutely appalled. I ask him why he can’t use the QR code that the app says is sufficient. he then doubles down on acusing me of being fraudulent. then proceeded to call security on me. LOL. moral of the story, I’m a calm collect customer and was mistreated the second I walked in. Not to mention the sales guy was rude the entire time and gave me the worst experience possible. I then decided to take my business down stairs to xfinity and now pay 40$ for unlimited talk text and data vs the 75 I would of been paying there. Do not go to this Verizon store if you value being treated with kindness

    Waited nearly 2 hrs to get help with a network error (no service) being passed over for customers buying new phones. Very poor customer service. Still had no service when I left. Employees didn’t care one bit.

    DO NOT USE VERIZON, particularly this store. They straight up just lied about giving us a promotion and ended up not applying anything. The in store rep said it would take 60 days for the promotions to kick in and we just confirmed with the corporate line that promotions were NOT being applied. We are now stuck with paying full price for multiple devices that were supposed to be free and will instead cost several thousand dollars. I am absolutely incensed and strongly recommend that everyone use a different phone provider.

    This is second time to write a bad review in my whole life. 1. They don’t do what they say so that more problems come up later on, takes too much time to confirm everything again and again 2. When there is a technical problem comes out, their employees not able to help you out, will try to tell you go home figure it out by yourself or call the customer service. I try to solve the problem faster, ask them nicely if they can help me out when I was in the store. Still didn’t work out at the end 3. They are not friendly, I have to be extra nice to make them help me solve my problem. they made me call the customer service in the store. When the customer service talking to me through the phone, asked me few questions she got confused since I already in the store why I still need to call her. I explained to her, even the online customer service lady feels sorry to me since I already in the store why my problem cannot be solved. 4. I’m a new customer, if I have one more chance I wouldn’t pick Verizon as my phone service. 5. If you are ower and going to reply my review, Please don’t. It doesn’t help no matter how nice words you are going to use. I watched your response that you wrote on others post, doesn’t seems like anything changed at all. Please save your time and do something helpful, we will be really grateful for that.

    Only if could give zero stars! Staff doesn’t have complete knowledge about products. Charging for services not mentioned in conversation and trying to make it up by giving discounts on accessories which are over expensive and useless. Have spent so much time talking to same issue with 10 people and still issue is not resolved. This is not a direct Verizon dealer and staff is always asking for people to give full rating surveys.

    Kurt was a great help and very patient through a difficult process. I don’t think it should be so hard to switch phone providers, but it is, and he was great about it.
