- Reviews:This is an excellent store. The staff was super professional and knowledgeable, exactly what we come to expect from Verizon. We had an appointment and were seen right on time. Our associate was Marc, and I can’t say enough good things about him, how knowledgeable, caring and supportive he was. He did not rush us at all, even though we were on hold with ATT for a long time trying to get our number released, he gave us his full attention and support. This is a corporate store and in a very convenient location with plenty of parking. Our only wish is that it was open a little later, since they close at 5, but a great experience.By Rómulo Romero (3 months ago)Just walked out of this store… Went in with daughter to purchase two phones.. there were three employees there working with customers.. waited a few minutes and then asked an employee who had walked away from the customer to pick something up if there was an area to sign in.. one of the women employee’slooked at us and with a scowl on her face said we wiil be with you as soon as we finish with our customers. Extremely inappropriate customer service and will never do business with this location again. Simply asked a question I knew they were working with others and we had the time to wait. You want an easy experience getting a phone and you live around Worcester? Go see Tyler at the gold star Blvd Verizon store. I asked questions at another store about the offer I received and she said I couldn’t get it. Tyler got it done.
My friend needed a new phone
We got there 15 minutes before they closed so we thought they would have us come back but they took care of him got him a new phone and lowered his monthly bill. It took about 40 minutes to complete it all but the Person we dealt with (Forgot his name) was great. Didn’t rush anything because they were closing and he was very knowledgeable about the phone and the whole process. I don’t have Verizon but if I did I would go there because of the great service my friend got.
This is a shout out to Ryan K. who helped out my elderly sister today. He spent a lot of time cleaning her phone of dozens of accidental apps and helped us with an insurance claim to replace the glass cover on her phone that had a shatter splotch. He even scheduled the repair person to come to her nursing home. None of his kind, patient, and generous service will get him a commission today. He did it all with a smile. Hope your manager reads this, Ryan. Thank you for your awesome service today.
