  1. Lydia was so helpful. Will never go back to the Verizon store in Marianna, it’s not a corporate store and all they want to do is sell you a phone. Tallahassee store on Apalachee Pkwy is corporate store and was so helpful I’ll drive the extra 45 miles. Thank you all

  2. My Mother lives in Tallahassee and I bought her a iPhone and shipped it to her. She is a Verizon customer as am I. I called the store in advance to let them know she would be coming by to have the SIM card removed from her old phone and placed in the phone I sent her. She is in her 80s so has no idea how to do this and this is why I called in advance. When she was done at the store she called me to let me know everything went great. This isn’t the first time I have called this store to help me with something like this and they always fulfill the request and to me says a lot because I have never been to this store. Thanks

  3. Went in to this location to purchase a new phone. Maybe my experience would have been better if I would have had a different representative helping me. I had to spend at least 10-15 mins on the phone trying to reset a security pin when I simply could have logged into my account in the first place. The person assisting me acted like she really didn’t want to answer any of my questions and had somewhat of a condescending tone which I did not appreciate. She did not offer any assistance to tell me about the phone, review any features or help me get my new phone set up at even though it appeared that other associates were doing this for their customers. Overall she was not helpful and her customer service left much to be desired. I will never go back to this Verizon location again. The only saving grace was that I was able to walk out with my new I phone.

    After being told by numerous people that I needed a factory reset and that I would loose everything on my phone (pics, contacts, data, etc.) I made one last attempt and went to Verizon on Capital Circle NE. I’m so thankful that I did!! Jordan greeted me with a smile and it was uphill from there!! Although I had to get a new phone, he was able to save almost everything that was on my old phone. His concern and determination were very evident. Jordan, thank you for everything!! You are the BEST!! If you are looking for great “service with a smile” and so much more, ask for Jordan!! I promise, you will not be disappointed!! 😊

    Walked in and immediately felt at home, these reps really know their stuff! Came in for just a simple charger for my phone and left with a better plan, new phone, and new friends! Dan and Jennifer really tag teamed me with a great time! Will be recommending them to my friends and family!

    Drove an hour to Tallahassee just to get Dan’s help! He is super friendly and kind! Much nicer than the one in Bainbridge GA! Will definitely keep going to this one in the future! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

    Went to the store to get my data get fix since it suddenly was no data connection but can text and call. Tobias worked with my phone and did great fixing it. He’s excellent in what he does hope the rest of the employees will do the same and not be lazy! Thanks Tobias!

The store representative as able to identify my issue and also assist with the switch to Verizon. The store rep was very knowledgeable of the situation and went above and beyond what was expected.     I just want to say life has been crazy these last few months and yesterday was the tip of the iceberg for me, my phone service was disconnected and I attempted to get it reconnected by the customer agent online but he or she was unsuccessful. So I drove to the Verizon store North Monroe location and Dan Ridgeway (I pray 🙏🏾 I am spelling his name correctly) he was extremely helpful and kind. I told him my situation and he immediately got me on the phone with who I needed to talk, the rep on the phone kept telling me that they couldn’t get my phone back on and Dan got on the phone and he advocated for me and as I write this review I am crying (tears of joy that is) because I am a Nurse that advocate for my patients daily but to have someone advocate for me and take into account that we are in hard times even for those who are Nurses we go through rough times too and yesterday I felt secure and safe knowing that I had him on the phone with me too! When all was completed he checked my phone to ensure it was reconnected and then told me to have a great day and I did because he went above and beyond for me that meant everything. I was ready to leave Verizon but because of Dan I decided to stay with Verizon phone service and I appreciate him so much Thanks Dan and God bless you!!!!

    This place is the most unorganized store I’ve visited in a longtime, and the staff at this location are clueless and extremely incompetent at best. You go in and there are 5 employees in the lobby and only two are with customers. The so called manager seems to think he’s to good to help any one and the other two that’s doing absolutely nothing are just standing there laughing and talking amongst themselves. No one acknowledges you and I guess they think you’re just suppose to sit and wait forever! Not today buttercup! my time is just as valuable as yours. the employees and manager here reminds me of sleazy used car salesmen that couldn’t make it in the car industry, so now they sell phones!

    I was supposed to go visit my grandaughter, who is in town from out of state. I live in Tally and she was in Panama city. My phone did an update and got stuck in the boot loop. I was losing my mind. I was trying not to cry. Long gone are the paper map days. I could not get in my car with no phone and head out on a trip. Impossible, I am too old, and too many things can happen. I took my phone to Verizon, and as soon as I walked in, a young man whose desk was at the back left of the room saw me and my face and the frantic stress I was emitting. He came and said, “How can I help you! I showed him as we walked to his desk. He took my phone out of the case and took it to the back, and in 10 minutes, he got me going. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I am now with my grandchild because he took care of us. I wish I had gotten his name. Verizon, the young man that sets at the back left desk of the store at about 1 pm. on March 16th, it is amazing, and he is excellent with customers.

    Jordan was soooo fantastic to work with while upgrading my phone. He listened to what I was saying and got me exactly what I needed and offered extras without pressuring me. This is seriously how customer service reps and sales associates should be trained! It was also his friendly outgoing attitude that made it such a great experience! Not only was it a great experience for myself, but the entire store was friendly and accommodating. What an amazing experience and I highly recommend this location. Thanks so much! Great job!
